The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub utilized after some good hiking days. The sunny but cool spring weather allowed us to lounge by the wood burning stove. « Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. Only negative was we were given wrong key lockbox code and took 30mins of holding on telephone before we got a live person at 11pm who was able to get property manager. Rest of stay was excellent. »

« Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. »
