Will not re-book. Posted 24-Mar-2015
We were told there was a mix up with the third party agency we used to book the room and we some how ended up in a smoking room. That was not fun and made the stay very uncomfortable. We tried to air the room out but the smell was in the bed sheets, our clothes, etc. I was coughing all night. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bath rail. There was hair/dirt on the bathroom floor. The room overall didn't "feel" clean. The complimentary breakfast looked okay, but we did not have time to stay the next morning so I cannot comment on that. The staff was pleasant and friendly, however. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator which was convenient.

We were very sorry that we were not aware of your preference for a non-smoking room until check-in and that we did not have the availability to honor your request at that time. Furthermore, we have high standards for the cleanliness of our hotel and guest rooms and I have shared your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same concerns. We sincerely hope that, taking into account our convenient location, friendly staff and nice amenities, that you will reconsider staying with us again in the future so we will have the opportunity to replace this experience with a superior one.
