The Front Desk Staff was super nice and helpful and get 5 stars. Otherwise it’s just a typical older hotel where you can hear your neighbors through the walls taking a shower. There is also NO Elevator so you have to drag your bags up and down stairs. They were working on some new tile flooring and the pool was closed. If you want something cheep and decent it’s fine but I think I’ll pay a bit more next time.

I selected this place because of the pool and it was out of 9rder. Then the woman charged a pet fee after I told her my dog had ESA papers. Also the toilet was running and the front desk just said there was a pipe that burst a few days before. She never had maintenance come, or change the room.

Good room for the price
Easy check-in and out. Swimming pool was not available, that seems to be our luck most of the time since covid. Staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. We are used to a memory foam mattress, so the coil springs were a little hard to get comfortable on. Room temperature stayed consistent and heating and cooling system ran pretty quiet. Overall for the price it was a good experience!

First room, we pulled back covered to find an obviously sorry bed, with food, crumbs, trash in bed. Front desk quickly moved us next door to another room. It was not much better, trash beside bed, in corner of room, bathroom was filthy, had to clean all surfaces with Clorox wipes, bed was ok. Breakfast was cheap carbs. FYI I was not interested but pool still closed.

Heavy smoke fumes in nonsmoking room
Everything was clean and convenient, and the service was great, but unfortunately we had selected a nonsmoking room and when we walked in, we were immediately hit with strong smoke smells. Because we had a later check in (after a wedding) we both were too exhausted to get the room switched but had trouble sleeping due to the smoke smell. The fumes gave both my wife and me headaches. The room had a nonsmoking label outside of the door, but unfortunately a previous guest violated that restriction. Apart from that, everything else was great.

For price ok but wouldn't stay again
Very dirty. There was mold in the shower around the handle, floor of shower dirty. The chair at the desk has stains all over it. I know it was pet friendly but back hall way dog hair all over floor. Breakfast ok. Only one waffle maker and some juice basically.

Fine, I would stay there again.
I was there for a family get together. He let me check in which was great. The only problem I really had was the coffee maker. They need to update their makers. It didn’t have the tray for the coffee pouch also it was missing one of its legs so it stood lopsided.

Ok inexpensive room
Staff was pleasant. Deadbolt did not work on room 101. Cleaning staff told us in the morning they were spraying for bed bugs at the other end of the hall. No freezer in the fridge, but staff put my frozen items in the kitchen freezer. Bathtub was discolored, but the shower worked and the water was hot. Wall heat unit worked well.

Quality Inn was exceptional. We booked the wrong location but between Expedia and Quality Inn they refunded the original booking and had us set up in the right Qaulity Inn. The hotel was newly updated, very clean, great breakfast.
