After reading mixed reviews on this property I took a chance and I have no complaints. The 4 staff members I encountered were extremely friendly, the room, breakfast area and pool area was clean. The building itself is a bit older but everything has been updated and maintained well. Will stay here again.

The hotel looked fine right away but the pool area was dirty. The front desk worker was allowing people off the streets to roam the halls and stay in the pool area. She told the lady she “didn’t care” if she wasn’t staying. The breakfast was horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we realized we did not have a plug for our tub. They were not able to fix that night but came first thing in the morning and fixed the problem

Place is in dire need of renovation and deep cleaning. Appliances are very old, walls stained, general cleanliness was subpar.

Hotel definitely could have been cleaner. Bathroom door veneer was coming off, and the toilet seat looked like it had been scraped with razor blades. The door to the room was terrible to try and open. Really had to shove and push.

Our family was less than thrilled with our stay. The breakfast was sad and half stocked, the coffee was bad, and the pool was fun (although the kiddie features we were looking forward to didn’t work) but when I asked the front desk for more towels (there were zero in the pool area and more than 20 people swimming) she said, “Oh yeah, I’ll take care of that.”, and the situation remained unchanged for over an hour. As a result the entire entryway of the hotel became a sloppy slipping hazard because of all the guests who had to walk around soaking wet. The hotel room itself was very tight for our family and was definitely not a place we would come to again.
