“Nice hotel”
We arrived about three hours early to the hotel. When I first walked in I was pleasantly surprise, the lobby was small but it was very cleaned and it smelled good. The desk attendant was very pleasant. He allowed us to check in early. As the previous reviews state, there are not any elevators. It would be really nice if there were. The rooms are very nice. They have hardwood floors, a desk area (with two mesh desk chairs), a 32" flat screen t.v., a small kitchen area, a sleeper sofa, a bed area with a pillowtop mattress, a walk-in kitchen area, and a small bath. I has an ironing board with iron and spair pillow and blankes. The rooms needs some updating. The couch did not have much cushioning. One of the ceiling light fixtures was hanging down, like someone changed a light bulb and did not push it back up. The room was cleaned, for the most part. There was a string of hair in the bath tub and some toothpaste stains on the toilet tissue holder. Overall, I would stay at hotel again. It was in a nice area, with several restaurants in the vicinity. There were not any major issues. The room was nice.
“poor room quality... but very inexpensive”
Very inexpensive, so you get what you pay for here. Very friendly staff, but the condition of the interior is poor.
“If you want to stay somewhere with cockroaches, this is the place to stay”
My mother, myself amy my two sisters stayed in this hotel while we were down in Alabama for a funeral. The second night that we stayed there, we found cockroaches in our room. DISGUSTING! They immediatley moved us into a new room, however two nights later, my other sister and my mother found cockroaches in the bathroom. DISGUSTING! This hotel is in the Summit area, which is a NICE area. Never expected to have cockroaches. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again or any hotel owned by this company. It was the most disgusting place!
