The staff was very informative and friendly. The facilities were spotless and accommodating. The only problem was finding it -- it's on a spur off the main road.

Good one-night stay
Room was cold when I checked in but heater worked well. Bed very comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. And as an EV owner, was very happy there was a Level 2 charger on site.

Everything was fine and comfortable. The only problem is the window in the room did not fully close. There is a very tiny gap. As long as I keep the curtains closed it isnt that bad.

WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT! The price should have been a red flag but from the unfriendly check-in process (they also take a $60 cash damage deposit to check in) to the check-out process where they don’t remind you about the security deposit hoping you forget and they take it as income, it would be a 0 star if I could give it one. We had mold on the lamp in our room and the window curtains/bedsheets had suspicious stains on them. The staff had an Ozone machine on in the hallway with no warning (odor killing machine that releases gas to kill bacterias with bad smells; which is POISONOUS FOR HUMANS TO HAVE PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO). The website advertises a gym but there is none and the breakfast waffles are usually out ASAP). Don’t go here!!

I drove all night. Got to hotel around noon. Tried to check in a little early and was told NO, that rules were rules and couldn't check in till 2 pm. So I waited, then finally when able to check in. She said it was extra for 2 dogs even though I was standing by a sign that says "your pet stays free. I have stayed at many Red Roof Inns before, never have I had to pay for another dog. She was so rude I couldn't stay there. I had paid for the room but stayed at another hotel and will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again. I called Red Roof corporate and after 28 minutes of being on hold, I finally hung up! So I paid for room and only got back smugness, arrogance and rudeness. I'm on SS, and on a fixed budget, I resent having to waste my money over a rude employee.

However, it is important to note that some of properties accept 2 pets so that's probably why you were never charged. This location adheres to a strict one pet per room policy and if an additional pet should stay at their discretion then there is an additional fee attached to that. Your concern was you paid for the room but you never stayed because you were unsatisfied with the services. Window in first floor room didn’t lock. Completely unsafe. Complained, nothing was done. No other rooms were available. Went to local Home Depot, bought a 24” 2x4 to prevent window from being opened by placing in window slide channel. Will never ever go to a Red Roof Inn again. Their complete disregard with the safety issue … mind blowing.

The property had a really bad smell that I couldn't stand. The beds looked clean but when you look at the table ofTV there was dust on them. There was only 1 soap and 1 shampoo (to be used as shampoo, conditioner and body wash for 4 people!) . The towel had some brownish stain on it, don't know whether was washed or not. I could hear everyone from neighbour doors as well. After all, the room look was good but the strong smell was so unpleasent. In terms of staff, there wasn't anything negative but the receptionist was doing everything, cleaning lunch tables, providing supplies for breakfast. So, I think they do have shortage of staff.
