“Not impressed”

I've been in better hotels in the area for the same price or less.

“Overnight stay”

Nothing special. Spacious room, old TV, fridge, near main busy streets.

“okay overall”

Sllightly recommended based on price. The price and proximity to where I wanted to be was good. Hotel is very near highway but there no Hwy noise. You could hear when any room next to you took a shower as clear as it was in the same room, though I never heard a TV or talking in the next room. Beds were very very firm. Has complimentary breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, cereal, toast, a few other items, and make your own waffles. They have batter poured into plastic cups that will make one waffle. They were pretty good. Had old style TV in room and picture was so dark you really could not tell what was going on and could barely tell if a person was a man or woman. Asked front desk to fix and I could see that the TV had been moved when I got back to the room but it wasn't any better. Hotel exterior was very plain. Intererior okay. Lobby nice. One section had smoking allowed in the lower floor rooms with no smoking on the floor above. Overall there is nothing special here but was overall okay. I would be willing to stay here again but it would not be a place I would look forward to staying at.

“Friendly hotel staff but room not so great.”

The hotel staffs were very hospitable and efficient in check in/out. The condition of the room I stayed in with two double beds were not the best. Room was dark with only 2 working lamps and the window drapes and carpet were a bit stained. The plus side was the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Overall, this hotel was ok for a budgeted trip.

“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with this hotel. The room was a good size but it smelled very musty. The air conditioner was either at full blast or too low. There was a shelving unit to hold a refrigerator and a microwave but they were not there. The breakfast buffet was limited.

“Not Pet Friendly”

Although the website stated hotel to be pet friendly the staff was not at all! The maid said she was afraid of dogs and because of her the front desk gave us a hard time about having pets. We had 2 small dogs and the staff made such a big scene it was very unprofessional and it spoiled our stay. Another disappointment was their outdoor pool was already closed up for the season and our stay there was during the middle of August!

“I'll give them another chance”

My stay was ruined by a bad leak coming from an upstairs room. I find it hard to believe that no one noticed that before. The location is great, and the beds were comfortable, but who can sleep withdrip..drip...drip

“Too much money for the type of accomodation.”

It is near Binghamton University. Other than that there was no elevator, the light on the stairs was out for 2 days. When you come into the room one of the light switches also closes the cable box for the TV.You also had to hold your hand up to aim it directly at the cable box or it did not work. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The front desk people were nice and housekeeping did leave extra towels when requested. For the price not a good choice.

“just okay”

There were no elevators-have a bad back.the phone didn't work and the television was lousy. my husband was not impressed at all. the service was good. you could see that the furniture hadn't been moved in a while to be cleaned. the location was excellent for where we had to go.

“Disappointing Experience”

Overall, a disappointing experience. The heat in the room was unreliable. The refrigerator was so loud that we had to unplug it so that we could sleep. We stayed three nights. The second day the room was not cleaned, so we had no clean towels and it took over an hour for towels to be delivered once we requested towels. One of the external security doors would not open using a room key; while the other security door never locked. Most of the internal fire doors were prompt open with doorstops, even though they have large signs indicating they are to remain closed. The hallways have a very sour odor. In general, the section of the hotel that we stayed in was run down and unkept. Based on the overall "quality", we paid much too much for the room.
