“Wonderful”
Went there for a three day honeymoon trip. The people there were so nice and amazing. It is right on the beach, with a lazy river...very close to many shops and attractions. The concierge will even help you with finding those and packages. An amazing hotel I will stay in again without question.
“Slept Like A Baby!!”
Hotel was close to shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking is free and staff friendly. Had a great 2 nights stay and it was so quiet I slept like a baby. I will stay here if I come to Binghamton area again.

“Friendly and New and Improved”
First, the hotel staff was excellent! One gentlemen at the front desk helped me navigate Bingo several times and even printed out map quest directions on 3 occassions. unbelievable and most unexpected! Also, Michelle in the newly and tastly renovated restaurant was friendly, accomodating and very efficient. She made tired travelers feel welcome. James was also great in this regard. While the restaurant and other public areas of the hotel were renovated and modernized, the rooms were still dated. Nonetheless, everything was clean and in order. The hotel cleaning staff was friendly and kept everything spic and span. All-in-all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Comfortable. Clean. Newly redone. Not pretentious. And, the single rooms (or at least the one I stayed in) are not supersized--just right for a single traveler. Not a four star hotel, perhaps, but very, very good. The Bistro restaurant is quite good. Added to the hotel's high quality is the fact that it is downtown in Binghamton--the several blocks south-east are littered with Victorian architecture jewels. One Victorian fantasy building after another! A delightful walk of an evening or a morning.

Staff was very helpful with any questions I had and all were very well mannered with good attitudes. Hotel was nice and exceeded my expectations.
“Nice gym”
The hotel rooms definitely need some updating but the room was big and well kept. I had a room with a king size bed. There is plenty of free parking. You can use the health club and pool which is the best feature of this hotel. There is an excellent restaurant across the street, The Lost Dog Cafe. Over on State street there is a Java Joe's and a few local bars. These are all a short walk from the hotel.
“It was fine”
It was a dark and stormy night when we reached the hotel after a long difficult drive. The desk staff were superb. Then the room was very comfortable; the breakfast was basic, and we were back on the road in no time. It all worked well.
