“Very interesting”

My impression could be biased, because, as it turns out, I was the only guest at the hotel at the time (November is the off season, as I was told), so I received a free upgrade to the best room they had, which is bigger and better, and significantly more expensive, although it's still the cheapest hotel I could find on Bimini. The room was all white and looked magnificent. TV, bathtub, refrigerator - all fine and working. I haven't used the internet, but it's supposed to be there as well. The hotel combines modern convenience with historic atmosphere. The front desk is also a bar, which looks like a pirate tavern from movies, and there are wooden crates in the room itself, which apparently serve as bedside cabinets. Perhaps the only strange thing about the hotel is that even though I stayed two nights, there was no room cleaning in between. Although for me that's not a problem (I actually prefer not to be disturbed by the cleaners), this is highly unusual for a hotel, and may seem unsatisfactory for some people. This may also explain why the floor was a bit dirty. But everything else (the bed in particular) was pretty clean. One of the best hotel's features is its central location: it's about half way between the airport and Bimini Bay - the southmost and the northmost points of interest on Bimini respectively. Of course, distance isn't much of a problem on Bimini.

Everyone was friendly at this hotel and the price was good. The food was good and the view from our room was amazing. My only complaint would be the loud nightclub that sits directly below the rooms. If you like the night scene, this hotel is perfect. If you want piece and quiet (at least on the weekend), there are several other hotels to choose from.
