“Clean and comfy”

Considering what Biloxi has been through since Hurricane Katrina, this hotel is in great shape. But don't expect a large Casino area yet...it was significantly smaller than before, as they are using the available space that wasn't damaged for their casino right now.

“Nice place to stay and play”

The hotel was better than expected since being damaged by Katrina. Although there was plenty of construction you would know it being in your room. We heard nothing...very peaceful! The service was a little slow (parking, check)but the staff worked the best they could with all the work around them. Casino and food...wonderful! Had a great time!!!

Great hotel, close to most of the other casinos, and they have a great buffet.

“Biloxi on a rebound”

This was a wonderful resort the food and staff were both delightful. The casino is on the rebound it was still very small but a fun place to play. It reminds me of the Biloxi before the storm it was depressing at first site but the progress and service levels remind me its on it's way back.

The hotel is new and the room was excellent. The only complaint I have is the food is a bit pricey. I would definately go back in spite of that.

“Back from the ruins”

This property is brand new and well run. The staff is efficient. My room was clean, well appointed and had a view. Be sure to get a room w/ a terrace. I had a perfectly pleasant experience.

This was my first time staying at a hotel in this area. Everything looked great! The atmosphere was great. I would really recommend it.

“Would definitely stay here again”

The hotel has been beautifully done. We chose the hot tub suite and were amazed at what we got for the price. The staff was very courteous and accomodating. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed playing in the poker room due in part to the friendliness staff and other players. The dinner buffet is very limited. The breakfast buffet was not worth even bothering. The food was excellent at Bragazzo but the lack of training of the staff seriously diminished the enjoyment of what could have been a fine meal. The restaurant is expensive which I don't object to but only if everything is up to par. The staff was very polite but unknowledgeable and just plain inept. We were there mid-week and hopefully just an off night. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The rebuilding efforts are are evident everywhere along the coast. The casinos have certainly helped in this regard. Not only have they rebuilt in short amount of time but the quality is like night and day now that they are allowed to be land based. Even after all of the destruction suffered by the people here this is still such a beautiful area of the country. This is so much here to enjoy.
