“Family friendly”
The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. The room was clean and inviting. Overall the decor was pleasing and the room was very comfortable.
“Hampton in Billings MT, a wonderful stay!”
A wonderful stay! The young man on duty the night we checked in was especially helpful, and the beds were heavenly!! A clean, fun pool and hot tub. The breakfast was marvelous, and we could not have asked for more. A Hampton at it's very best!

The staff was great and very helpful. Room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would defintely stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Bathroom didn't have a fan, but it was nice. Breakfast was decent too. Would stay there again.
“A Wonderful Stay”
I am a regular Hampton Inn patron...actually never stay anywhere else. This hotel lived up to the high standards of the chain in every way. There are four things that I look for: Friendly and helpful staff. Ease of entry/exit from major arteries Comfort and quietness of the room Well thoughtout amenities, i.e., breakfast, cookies, newspaper, etc. This hotel gets an A+ in all areas.
“Wonderful!”
Our room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet in our room, we didn't hear anything going on out in the hallway or from the other rooms. It's not too far from the shopping/eating locations we frequent and isn't hard to find. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
“Would book there again.”
Two very small complaints. The toilet paper and tissue were extremely rough and cheap feeling! And, the hot food on the breakfast buffet wasn't very good. There was a thing that looked like a breakfast pizza with egg and cheese and it was like rubber. The next day, the eggs, sausage and potatoes looked fake and tasted like something out of a vending machine. Everything else about the hotel was great.
“Billings Hampton Inn”
The breakfast was great, but the beds even better. The first good nights sleep on the road in a long time.
“Clean and comfortable”
Overall, a very good hotel experience. A little disappointed that the sink and tub did not drain more quickly. Seems like they might have been a little clogged. Breakfast was OK. The fruit cocktail was bitter tasting, and the egg spoon beside the main dish was crusted over. However, when I asked for a clean one, it was quickly provided. A previous review commented on the sliding nature of the mattress across the boxspring. This was my experience as well. Liked the chaise lounge in the room. Preferred it couches found in other rooms.
“perfect stay”
The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and as she finished up with my check-in, the young lady offers my eleven year old daughter and I warm cookies. AWESOME!!!!!!!! The pool was great for exercise, and the breakfast, though pre-made, was tasty, and filling. The 24 hour coffee was nice, as well as the apples for a snack.
