The room was disgusting, the bathroom door had been removed and rusty screws were exposed. There was mold in the bathroom. We couldn’t take our family in it, we had to find another place to stay

Disclaimer....I did not complain to the hotel staff. We were booked for 5 nights and I did not want to have any issues while we were there. I thought I was getting a basic but clean room when I booked it, but what I got was a broken and somewhat clean room. Our tub had mold around the drain, the wardrobe had no hanging bar, 2 of our outlets quit working and our sheets were clean but stained. The staff were super nice and helpful though.

Disappointed in our stay. Usually it is a fine place to stay. But this time wasn’t very good. After checking in when I asked where my room was located the front desk girl said “I believe it’s at the end of the hall” not sure how she wouldn’t know where it was or have a map of rooms to show me. When we came down to get in the hot tub all the lights were off we asked the front desk and she said it’s closed tonight because the cleaning man had to leave it? . That was disappointing. The hotel was almost empty that night, but was woken up multiple times from people right across from us yelling and banging on their door. That was annoying. When we came for breakfast in the morning the breakfast spot was sad. Toaster was broken, no ketchup out. They use to provide fresh water with ice and that was sadly gone. The front desk girl was uninterested in getting the breakfast spot restocked as she was online shopping at the desk computer. Overall won’t be staying here again as they have gone down hill, which is unfortunate.

Miscellaneous items left in room. Bed nearest the restroom wobbling. Hair found on the sheets of the other bed. Cigarette ashes on window sill and tip of cigarette still there. Kerig Coffee pot but no cartridges or cups even. For water. Thick dust on surfaces (night stand and lamps) Blood spots on wall above sink. No clock in room. I have pictures to document this if you need it. Very disappointed and discusted for the price.

I booked the room and when I arrived at hotel, FD told me they didn’t have a room for me even though I had already booked and paid. She called manager because I was mad, I wouldn’t of booked the room and paid for it just to be told they didn’t have a room and that I was out of the money I just paid for. Paying for a room I wasn’t going to get is robbery. She then put me in a room. My husband and I got our boy out of the car unloaded our stuff and as I was walking through lobby FD stopped me and said that we couldn’t go to the room because there is a ladder in there and the room smelled musty. So then she asked me to wait once again. We couldn’t even order a pizza at this point because we didn’t have a room. So we ran to go get pizza for us.. when I came back to the hotel FD still didn’t have an option right away and took forever checking us in, at this point our son was just wanting to swim. We only had about 30 minutes to swim. When we entered the room it smelled weird, black mold in the shower, hair all over the bathroom floor, broken wheels on the desk chair.. at this point I was beyond irritated and wasn’t even going to talk to FD again. I will be calling manager and discussing this. I worked at hotels for many years and I know how online booking can be. I am very disappointed. The next morning another kid pooped in the pool and my room keys needed to be re keyed 2 times and still didn’t work. Thank goodness for the nice housekeeper in the hallway thatlet me into my room

Had to go get 3 different sets of keys just to end up changkng rooms. No elevator. Room bathroom tub looks like it has black mold. Hot tub cold. No clean towels on second day. Continental breakfast worst ever. And the side doors broken so had to go through lobby each time.

The place was decent, but not top notch. Toilet plugged with the first use, we were given a plunger and had to plunge after every use. (This was a first for us.) Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Upon our arrival, we asked to reserve another room for the next night, our debit card was put on file. The next night, that reservation was not in the system. Fortunately, there was a room available.

The room was horrible!! There was chewing tobacco spit on the cieling, the floors were not clean, the bathroom was dirty, not big enough pillows for a king bed, bed not attached to headboard so the bed movedand tipped when you sat on it, the tv did not work, you could watch one channel, the breakfast selection was very sparce. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE IT IS.

We had to change rooms 4 times within the first 2 days of our 5 night stay. The morning staff was grumpy, unfriendly, and looked like they were constantly hung over. The toilet plumbing was disgusting and the reason for room changes. One room didn’t even have running water. The rooms were all missing items. The breakfast was always missing items like coffee cups two days in a row. I would never stay here again and I’m questioning the whole Baymont hotel chain as the quality that we saw was horrible.

It was a good last-minute booking, but the room was clearly not well kept. Much of the furniture and the doors were damaged/stained. There is also a railway right behind the hotel that was very noisy.

This was the dirtiest, scariest room we have ever been in. Mold on the ceilings, sheets hadn't been changed. Questionable white substance on the bed skirts. Holes in the doors, main floor window left cracked and we couldn't close it all the way. Mold on the matress. When we discoved that the sheets hadnt been changed, we pulled both beds apart. We found black mold on one of the mattresses and what looked like an old blood stain on the other. Table was broken, fridge was dirty, and the whole place smelled like pot. We also found spit wads on the smoke detector. We didn't stay. Had to fight with the front desk clerk for a refund. Clerk offered to move us to a different room, but my wife is allergic to mold. He finally offered to refund our card. Got home 1 day later after another 8 hours on the road. Found out they have now charged us twice.

The price was very reasonable, however the beds were not the cleanest, 2 of the 3 bathroom lights were burnt out, tub ran a small stream continuously, paint was pealing and the moldings in bathroom had bad water damage. Worst hotel ever, bed bugs on bed sheets
The Baymont inn hotel in Billings, Montana is absolutely one of the worst, if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The first room we were put in has few issues: first of all, one of the lights wasnt turning , yes it's plugged in and we checked, we decided since that was the only light bmbot turning on, we'd just let it go. Next, we found bed bugs (we are talking about 20-30 of them, visibly on the bed!!). We went to talk to front desk, there was no apologies, just gave us a different room, which upon going into the bathroom, more dead bugs in there!! Who is cleaning these hotel rooms? Never ever will stay in any of the Baymont inn, ever again.
