“A good find.”

This hotel was only a few blocks from the Guggenheim and we had a very comfortable room. Note that there is a switch near the bed to raise and lower the window shade, which allowed you to either look through the shaded window to the city, or totally block all light. The room rate was very reasonable, although extra charges could add up. The hotel restaurant was better than we expected. The staff was very helpful.

“Hôtel design raffiné extrèmement bien situé”

Un hâvre reposant, avec asenseurs transparents donnant sur la réception et le salon d'accueil - très beau bar où l'on peu fumer- grand confort dans la chambre - à quelques minutes du Guggenheim et du Musée des Beaux Arts dans un quartier rénové - près du tramway qui dessert le Casco viejo et à 2 pas de la ria du Nervion. Petit dejeuner correct mais sans plus.

“Excellent contemporary hotel”

Designed by a Mexican Architect the hotel oozes warmth and architectural charm. We had the Executive dinner menu no: 2 which was excellent but the stipulation that it's only available if the entire table eats the same menu looses its exclusivity. However this offer includes a bottle of wine for two and unless you read Spanish you might not know where it is stated. Staff are genial and very helpful.Toilet roll holder needs to repositioned and a proper light source to enable one to apply ones face makeup! All in all one of the best we have stayed at.

“Great Hotel!! Will go back again”

This was a beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely with a king bed, enormous and beautiful bathroom. Great products and services available. The only downfall of this hotel is that internet is not free. Great hotel overall and will go back next time I am in spain!!

“bon hotel mais”

il ne faut pas se fier au nombre d'étoiles ,ce n'est pas pareil qu'en France...sinon l'hotel était propre , le petit déjreuner trés cher mais trés complet 'un vrai repas);dans la chambre familliale , nous étions 4 mais les wc pas séparé de la s de bain ...pas pratique....On peut quand meme dire que c'est un bon hotel mais pour le prix doit y avoir mieux !!!!!

“Great Location”

Excellent location: walking distance to major city attractions & cultural sites. Metro and good restaurants also walking distance. Staff were very helpful and cordial. Rooms we comfortable. Easy to visit nearby cities.

“Luxurious and convenient hotel”

We stayed in Bilbao for the last few days of a holiday with our grown up daughters. The rooms were spacious with fantastic views over the river. We were delighted with our accommodation, including the mini outdoor pool with city views. This is a stunning and well designed hotel, in a convenient location 10 minutes form the Guggenheim. The rooms themselves were a bargain, but any extras can be quite expensive for example a packet of Haribo from the computerised mini bar cost 4 euros, they cost 10p at home! However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

“A great base in Bilbao”

The hotel was in a great location approximately 10 minutes walk to the Guggenheim. The hotel overlooked a lovely park and was next to the river, and only a 5 minute walk from the Belles Artes Gallery. The nearest tram stop was just outside the hotel and you could be in the Old Town in approximately 15 minutes, or if you prefer a walk by the river, it would take around 40 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
