“Great Value in the DC Area”
This is a clean and well-managed property. It is a perfect place to stay when visiting DC, especially with a family.Our family (Dad, Mom and 1 daughter) was very comfortable here over our 4 day stay. It was great to be able to swim and relax in the pool area in the evening. The daily breakfast (included in the room price) was fresh and ample. We were concerned about traffic noise because the proprty is alongside I-270, but our room (at the front of the hotel) was quiet at night. Close to a grocery store and shopping center.

Outstanding service from Mohammah during check-in :-) This hotel is better than so many high-end chains I travel to for business, and I would recommend them highly for any and all of your comforts and traveling needs, enjoy!
“Will be going back”
Staying at this hotel for 2 nights was awesome. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. When I had a problem with my room keys, the front desk staff quickly fixed the problem. Every thing about that hotel was nice. From the room, to the pool. I will be back. The Chase Hotel will be my runaway spot when I need to get away from home.

I traveled with friends, 12 in all. We had a most pleasant stay at Chase. This was our second stay, and we will definitely stay there again.
“Very pleasant stay”
Enjoyed the quiet, comfortable room. It was a Saturday night so week day stays might be a busier and more active time around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“really nice place to stay for reasonable price”
The room was very nice and spacious--a suite is always great with a full kitchen when traveling. The continental breakfast was delicious and varied in the morning. And all at a reasonable price.

“A Lovely Stay - Go and Stay!”
THIS is a nice place to stay, folks! VERY quiet, even tho it's located on 270! (BUT - totally EASY to find!) A lovely lobby and breakfast room, a very inviting hot breakfast in the morning, extremely accomodating staff all the way around! The room was spic-and-span, tons of fresh towels, lotions and shampoos. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, the fridge was SPOTLESS, as was the oven - Chase should be justifiably proud of it's house cleaning staff! It was nice to have a separate living/dining area - the only wish is that the one bathroom wasn't in my bedroom! The hotel itself is in an office park - an obviously prosperous office park with trees and shrubs, so while the view wasn't all lakes and valleys, hey, it was quiet and clean and not a total concrete jungle. I would recommend Chase Gaithersburg to anyone who asked - go there, stay there in quiet and tidyness, enjoy your breakfast, lay $5 on your pillow in the morning for their hard-working cleaning crew and post a great review! Way to go, Chase Suites!
“Spacious and comfortable”
The room was clean and comfortable, with much more space than average hotel room. It also has furniture that would be helpful for a longterm stay (desk, storage, etc.), plus kitchen. The property seemed a little aged but well-kept. It was nice to have a breakfast that included eggs and sausage included with the room.
