I booked this through Expedia and when I checked in the front desk clerk confirm that but yet Hilton billed me double for this room, so Expedia billed me and so did Hilton and now the Hilton is telling me it’s gonna take seven days before I get a credit on my credit card
The overall facilities were fine. Unfortunately the elevators were all broken, which I find hard to believe but they had a large group of kids staying there so more than one elevator was out of service, and I had to drag my three bags up for flights of stairs. it’s not a big deal, but when I called downstairs to ask for an additional blanket, they wanted me to come back down and get it myself, thank you anyway for your service
