"Beautifully equipped facility with wonderful host!"
The small suite was very well equipped and much larger than we were typically experiencing in Switzerland. Very clean and modern and the host was exceptionally attentive and provided much assistance. She made our stay especially enjoyable.

This lovely, 5-star hotel offers all of the amenities one requires. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They also included a Bus Pass for the length of our stay so that we could leave our car parked in the garage next door. Our room was beautifully outfitted with a modern bathroom and fixtures. The bed linens were of the finest quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Simona at the Reception was really efficient and helpful with providing information on the city as well as all the directions on the map. The hotel is very near to Rosegarden, which provides an amazing view of the old town. From there Bear Pit is only 10 minutes' away on foot.

Delightful family run hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Each guest room seems to have a different floral theme, making them unique. We had two garden facing rooms, which were nice and quiet. The beds and pillows in the rooms, though, were uncomfortable, and we did not really get a good nights' sleep. The street facing rooms would be subjected to a lot of passing traffic and the train station. There is a lovely garden restaurant featuring bicycles throughout. The food is tasty but quite expensive. The breakfast is quite filling. It would be helpful if the website was also in English. There was a bit of confusion with our booking as the owner did not realise that we had 2 different bookings. Fortunately, this was sorted out before we arrived.
