Willow Stream, this Bermuda resort's 30,000-square-foot health-and-beauty spa, features a heated 75-by-30-foot indoor pool under an arched bleached-wood ceiling that's available exclusively to spa patrons for most of the day. (All guests enjoy complimentary access to the pool after 6:30 PM.) Thickly cushioned lounge chairs surround the pool. Soothing music and a triple marble waterfall spilling from a rock garden promote relaxation.
Outside the pool enclosure, two large decks—also furnished with cushioned lounge chairs—provide relaxation, panoramic ocean views, and starlit tranquility after dark. Each deck contains a bubbling spa tub for convivial soaking, one accommodating 16 persons, the other eight. Bento-box spa-cuisine meals are served at the pool and in the spa's relaxation areas. Ballrooms, wedding services, and event catering are available.
The spa includes men's and women's steam rooms and saunas and an ocean-view air-conditioned fitness center equipped with cardio machines that include television screens, weight machines, and free weights. (Day passes can be purchased for use of the fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, and indoor pool.) The spa's beauty-salon side includes vibrating throne chairs for pedicures and also offers manicures, hair care, waxing, and makeup.
Massage, hydrotherapy, body treatments, and facials are available in the spa's treatment rooms, including a twin-bed couple's room. Massage options include aromatherapy, sports, shiatsu, and LaStone (Ayurvedic-style, with scented oils, warm stones). Hydrotherapy sessions include Vichy showers, with sea-salt scrubs, body polishing, and buffing offered. Body treatments include moor-mud wraps and "body sorbet" (floral applications). Facials choices include cellular-repair and aromatherapy.
A complimentary beach shuttle is provided, and wireless Internet access is available throughout the property for a surcharge. The hotel offers a conference center, computer station, and technical support staff. For children age 4 and older, a complimentary air-conditioned center provides supervised activities and includes video movies, video games, and pool and Ping-Pong tables.

The Fairmont Southampton Hotel offers 593 guestrooms in a six-story pink resort located on Bermuda's highest hill. Some rooms include ocean-view balconies furnished with 2-chair dining sets. White ceilings, crown molding, light-colored wood furniture, and marine-life prints contribute to the Bermuda-pastel ambience. Most bathrooms are lined in pink marble with separate gray-marble vanities.
Down comforters dress triple-sheeted beds. LCD TVs offer U.S. cable channels. Other amenities include DVD players, iPod docks, and complimentary toiletries. Wired and wireless high-speed Internet is available in all rooms (surcharge). Refrigerators are available on request.
King-bed rooms come with couch and table; double-bed rooms with chair/ottoman and table.

Waterlot Inn - This historic waterfront inn, located dockside on Jew's Bay, has been offering sunset views and Bermudian fare over 340 years. Specialties include prime and dry-aged steaks. The outdoor terrace and adjoining gardens are popular for pre-dinner cocktails. Open for Sunday brunch and dinner. Jackets suggested.
Bacci - This restaurant offers Italian cuisine that includes fresh home-made pastas and a varied selection of antipasto. Open for lunch and dinner. Dress code: smart casual.
Wickets - Family food headlines a menu that includes sliders, sandwiches, and salads in an authentic local combination of Bermudian and American eats. Bright-colored décor. Dine indoors or poolside. Open seasonally for lunch and dinner. Casual dress.
Ocean Club - Perched above the pink South Shore beach, the Ocean Club offers fresh, local seafood and chic décor surrounded by an inspiring turquoise ocean view. Smart, casual dress.
Jasmine Lounge - Cocktails are served throughout the day at this casual lounge, along with tapas and a selection of entrees, sandwiches, salads, and rich desserts for lunch and dinner. Jasmine also offers a traditional tea each afternoon and live entertainment in the evenings. Casual dress.
Cabana Bar & Grill - Located right on the resort’s pink-sand beach, the Cabana serves up cocktails and fast foods, including hamburgers and sandwiches. Open daily.
Windows on the Sound - Located just off the hotel's main lobby, Windows offers views of the Great Sound and a wide variety of breakfast food. Specialties include omelet and waffle stations, pastries, and breads. A breakfast buffet featuring authentic Bermudian dishes takes center stage on Sundays. Open for breakfast and Sunday brunch. The Dock at The Waterlot Inn - Alfresco lounge features island-style happy hours, romantic dinners, and memorable entertainment. Watch chefs prepare gourmet burgers and local fish in the outdoor kitchen. Opening times vary.
The Newport, a Gastropub - Serving simple, excellent favorites in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Open seasonally.
Golf Hut - Located on the golf course, this restaurant offers simple sustenance such as sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, beer, and other refreshments. Hours vary.
The Cellar - Adjacent to the indoor pool, guests can catch their favorite sport matches on the TV, play a game of pool, or dance to live, local entertainment. Open Thursday–Sunday evenings only. Casual dress.

Recreation
The Fairmont features an 18-hole, par-3 executive golf course rolling over hillsides with water features and elevation changes. For fees, play is available on six tennis courts (three lighted). The hotel has a dock and private beach access. Scuba diving and snorkeling gear can be rented at a beachside dive shop. Personal watercraft excursions are conducted daily (surcharge). The recreational activities listed below are available at or near the resort; fees may apply.
Spa
At 31,000 square feet, the Willow Stream Spa features a sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges, 15 treatment rooms, private locker rooms, an ocean-view fitness center, and an indoor heated pool with spa tubs and sun deck.
Treatments include wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, custom massages, cleansing facials, and Vichy shower treatments. A beauty salon offers a wide selection of men’s and women’s pedicures and manicures.

“when something goes wrong ...”
Our payment for a spa service with a different credit card hit some sort of snag. Not clear yet what went wrong, but the hotel staff went far beyond expectations in being accommodating. Otherwise everything was smooth, and we left feeling like family.
“April 2012 Visit”
Wonderful, place, the only issue was our balcony on the second floor overlooked the air conditioning units and a delivery garage, so it was very loud and wecould not use the balcony. Everything else was terrific, the staff provided exceptional service.
“Clean, excellent service, near the beach”
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the hotel for six days. Very comfortable bed, clean and the service was excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. All food and drinks are expensive. The Windows restaurant (which only open for breakfast) was great. Stay away from the Wickets and Jasmine restaurants in the hotel. We enjoyed our dinner at Bacci restaurant, food and the service was excellent. The beaches are very nice we enjoyed the pink sand and the sun. The Fairmont Southhampton Hotel is probably the best hotel in Bermuda if you like the beach and a more quiet time. The hotel is not near the city of Hamilton but is easily accessible to the Ferry, local buses and taxis.
“First Time Visit ..”
Hotel was quite clean ..service was great ..location so close to the beautiful beaches made it a great choice. I had never stayed at this hotel...planned a quick 4 day trip and was definitely not disappointed

“Fabulous hotel with something for everyone!”
I have stayed in Bermuda many times and at the Princess Southampton 4 times. It is a lovely hotel with excellent amenities and service. We stayed on the Gold level and it was totally worth it. They had four food presentations a day and as the food in Bermuda is quite expensive, it was totally worth it. They have a beautiful beach and is right next door to Horseshoe Bay which, in my opinion is even more gorgeous. On my most recent stay, the hotel had a mix of people on convention, couples and families with small children. There was a place for everyone and it never felt overcrowded. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fairmont Southampton staff are excellent and this is the key to a very good hotel. Backed up by super facilities our stay was first class.
“Highly Recommend the Southhampton Fairmont!”
This was my fourth trip to Bermuda and I had occasionally visited the Southhampton Fairmont but never stayed with them. Having just returned from a 5 day stay at this Fairmont I have to say the experience was really great. The staff and facilities are extremely nice and very comfortable. We visited a few other top hotel/resorts (Elbow Beach, Reefs, etc) but would still come back to the Southhampton Fairmont. Great restaurants & lounge. Nice pools (in-door is fantastic and open till midnight). Wonderful private beach with a free shuttle leaving every few minutes. Free water ferry to downtown Hamilton & return! Best concierge I have ever met (I believe she said she won the award for best on the island). What more would you want?! I've stayed at many hotels/resorts around the world and this rates as one of the best!
“Enjoyed our visit”
We found the Fairmont Southhampton to be a 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely professional, very friendly and helpful. Our room was spic and span and the balcony was also clean. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs although access to the indoor pool is restricted until after six in the evening due to its use by the hotel spa. The food was excellent and plentiful and pricey, but restaurant food is expensive throughout the island in any event. Meals probably average three times what you think they would here in the states. The trolley and ferry transportation provided by the hotel was very convenient and wait time was minimal. We enjoyed our visit very much.

What a beautiful hotel. I would love to go back again next year. The staff were fabulous.
