Uniquely Bermudian
A charming, intimate, Bermudian boutique hotel, centrally located within walking distance of our main city, Hamilton. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the private pool offers a quiet place to relax and gives one the feel of being in a country estate. Rosedon has an excellent reputation with a strong repeat guest following. Choose to get the ‘real feel’ of Bermuda by being spoiled by our long serving Bermudian staff. Rosedon's bedrooms are individually decorated with European fabrics, fine furnishings, pillow top mattresses, high quality bed linens, fluffy bath sheets, flat screens TV's, DVD players and WiFi throughout the hotel. Rosedon offers many packages year-round including Wedding, Honeymoon, Romance & Spa and Anniversary, Holiday and Golf packages. Some of our Hotel conveniences include a full course breakfast served in your room, patio or at pool side, a heated outdoor swimming pool, an English fashioned honour bar and pantry, traditional afternoon tea and a swizzle party every Tuesday. Our guests are also offered daily complimentary round trip transportation to one of our proudest assets; our pink sand beaches located on the south shore.

Rooms
Rosedon Hotel offers 44 rooms individually decorated with traditional English and Island flair. A few are located in the main house, but most are located in a garden setting facing our pool.
The Royal rooms are our newest rooms and have additional features such as a four poster king size bed, CD and DVD players and robes, and a sleeper couch for an additional guest. They have lovely bamboo wooden floors and are ideal for honeymooners. These rooms also have desks for our corporate guests and have either a balcony or a patio.
The Luxury rooms have new wooden floors, bathrobes and a desk for the corporate guests in the room. The upper level rooms have king size 4 poster beds and a balcony, while the lower level have two double beds and a patio.
Our Deluxe rooms are located in several locations on the property: The rooms in the main house are quite charming and feature the architecture of the original house. These rooms are traditionally decorated with high ceilings and they overlook the main entrance to the hotel. The rooms in the main house do not have a balcony but we do have a large spacious veranda at the entrance of the main house for your use. All of these rooms feature a king size bed. In addition, two of the main house deluxe rooms have a sleeper couch for a further adult guest or two small children. There are more deluxe rooms located in the wing attached to the main house with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. These rooms are more modern in decor, with king size beds.
Finally, there are deluxe rooms located in the garden and poolside area with two double beds. The upper level rooms have a balcony, while the lower level rooms have a patio. The deluxe rooms in the garden area also feature a desk for our corporate guests.
The Superior Garden rooms have a garden and pool side view, with a balcony or patio. The size of superior rooms is comparable to the standard garden rooms, but better views. Some of the Superior rooms also have wooden floors. Bedding: King size beds.
Standard rooms are located in the wing attached to the Main House which overlook the garden and poolside area. Bedding: King size beds. The remaining Standard rooms are located in the garden area on the lower level with patios; three of these garden rooms have king size beds, and one has two double beds. The garden rooms also have wooden floors.
All rates include a delicious full course breakfast, afternoon tea and a free round-trip taxi journey to a South Shore beach.
Dining
Breakfast ~ is included in your room rate and is served between 7 a.m and 10.30 a.m. When you are ready just call room service and your breakfast will be served by the pool, in your room, porch or on the main house front porch. Also, other choices are available if you prefer something other than the breakfast of the day.
Lunch ~ is also available & served around the pool, on your balcony or in your room between 12 noon and 3 p.m.
Box lunches are available on request. Please order the night before you need them.
Visit Beau’s Bar in the main house & Clarabell’s Pantry for snacks, located in the main house, just outside the kitchen.
Afternoon Tea ~ A delightful English afternoon tea is served in the main house between 4 p.m. to
5.30 p.m. with our compliments.
Dinner ~ We offer a set light evening meal at a nominal charge, served in your room between
6 p.m. and 9 p.m. consisting of: Homemade Soup of the day, Sandwich of the day & Ice Cream and salad.
Entertainment
Rosedon hosts a swizzle party every Tuesday evening to meet other guests & hotel staff. Traditional afternoon tea is served daily and can be taken on the front porch of the main house.

“Un hôtel à découvrir”
Situé à 5mm à pied du centre d'Hamilton et du terminal ferry, le Rosedon hotel est un petit établissement calme qui offre un cadre agréable. Il dispose d' un très beau jardin et d'une piscine. Des serviettes de plage sont mises à disposition des clients et une navette en taxi est possible pour aller à la plage. Les chambres sont propres, bien décorées et possèdent tout le confort. Pour les non anglophones, deux chaines francophones sont proposées (TV5 et France24). Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et peuvent être pris dans la chambre, autour de la piscine ou dans le patio de l'hôtel. Le personnel est serviable et dévoué. A découvrir absolument !
“Will return to this hotel as soon as passible!”
Entire staff was dedicated to providing the best possible service. Everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. This hotel is in an excellent location relative to Hamilton's Front Street and to nearby shopping. My wife and I both felt that the Posedon and its staff provided us with the best hotel experience we have ever had. We will return for another visit as soon as possible and will recommend this hotel, it's staff, gardens and location to all our friends.

“Unique Bermuda Hotel; a real GEM!”
The Rosedon Hotel is a unique Bermuda Hotel and had eveything we were looking for in a Bermuda hotel. Located in Hamilton The Rosedon enjoys a convenient location that gives guests the opportunity to explore Bermuda easily using any mode of transportation. The magnificent Victorian architecture of the mansion and lush, miticulously-maintained gardens surrounding the property and guest rooms immediately transformed us into the relaxed and comfortable Bermuda pace. The Rosedon Hotel staff is very hospitable, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The guest community at The Rosedon is congenial and we really enjoyed the opportunities to meet other guests. The Hotel has daily complimentary breakfast and tea and a weekly Swizzle Party for all the guests. The Rosedon Hotel is a unique Bermuda hotel gem and we definitely plan to return to on our next visit to Bermuda.
“Rosedon Experience”
We loved it. It was very nice. We liked it better than the "big hotel" experience. The building were pristine and the grounds were impeccable. It was our first time back to Bermuda since our honeymoon 31 years ago. It was our 1st time at the Rosedon, but we met several guest who go year after year. Bermuda is more expensive than some island destinations, so Bermuda won't likely be an annual excursion, but we'd like to go back and would be likely to stay at the Rosedon.
“Very enjoyable experience”
Easy walk to bus and ferry terminals and to restaurants and shops in downtown Hamilton. Made to order hot breakfast delivered to room with newspaper was great. Complimentary prepaid voucher for round trip taxi to Elbow Beach and daily afternoon tea were much appreciated. Hotel staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
“The nicest people you will ever meet - Hotel amazing!”
An absolutely truly wonderful experience for our honeymoon and would recommend it to anyone. Overall Bermuda is not a cheap place however it is worth it for the stunning coastline and the fabulous people. Never have i met nicer people. The hotel was one of the best on the island and offered a true traditional taste of Bermuda - the locals confirmed this everytime we had a taxi ride. It is wonderful to choose everyday where you want to eat your breakfast and the swimming pool is like a bath - so warm. The free shuttle to the beach everyday is well worth it. A great hotel and if you are going to stay in Bermuda i would very much recommend it.

I had stayed at the Rosedon around 35 years ago and decided to take my 2 daughters, ages 22 and 20, for a long weekend and stay there. It was wonderful. The place was clean , comfortable and personal.. I would recommend the Rosedon to anyone.
“Classy small hotel near down town”
If you like older smaller friendly hotels in town, this is the place for you. An old mansion well converted with large rooms and good plumbing. Very nice pool surrounded by newer units. Comfortable common area with computer and Internet access. No restaurant but good cooked breakfast served on porch or by pool. Free afternoon tea. Picnic lunches or snacks can be provided. About three blocks from edge of business and shopping area of town. Very friendly and efficient service.
“Very comfortable - great breakfasts”
The hotel was just what we wanted - not too big and not too small. All the staff were very helpful and accomodating. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the management provided a bottle of champagne on our arrival - very thoughtful. Would certainly go back.
