Fantastic hotel, we loved the Art-Deco feel of our suite and the cocktail bar is great. Very friendly service across all encounters we had with staff. Location is brilliant.

We had a great time at Ritz Carlton. We enjoyed very much the jazz show. The employees were nice and very professional. The hotel is very well located close to main attractions.

Terry Greene the afternoon/evening doorman was outstanding and very pleasant and helpful. He gets 5 stars from us. The rest of our experience was rather disappointing for a Ritz Carlton. Did not get turn-down service on 1 of the 3 nights. Had to actually request water one day, after room service was done. I checked out a 4:00 AM, understandably early. However, there was only one person at the front desk, rolled up sleeves, no tie or coat. When I requested change of a large bill so I could tip bell man, I was told they carry no cash in the evenings. I requested that someone go to my room to retrieve our bags. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go up myself and bring the bags down. Not what I would expect at a Ritz-Carllton.

Terrific location for exploring all of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz, on the border between east and west Berlin.Close to transport, shops, restaurants, but hotel is set back from congestion of main streets and very quiet and private. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Check-in was seamless. The hotel itself has been renovated in a modern / art deco style that is very tasteful and offers the perfect selection of dining options available throughout the day. Indoor pool area and spa are a bonus. Rooms are well appointed and generous. Overall, felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a hotel and experience. Great location to walk to multiple sights. They made us feel so welcome and no ask was too big. Starts with the doormen and just flows through out the entire hotel-they're there to make life easier. We were on our yearly mother-daughter trip and this hotel made it even more special.

Great experience, first time in Berlin and I was anxious about not being able to communicate in German. Wasn’t an issue, staff were kind and patient. Had an amazing evening bar with awesome cocktails to wind down from a day of sight seeing. Will definitely being staying here again when visiting Berlin.

When we made the hotel reservations I forget to include breakfast, when I check in in the offer us breakfast and we were only going 18€ and when we check out they charge is 30€ per day !!

I would absolutely return to this hotel. The kindness and effectiveness of Nicolas who checked me in and Thomas from the Concorge department who was super helpful. The staff was absolutely lovely and accomplished . My stay was fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience at the ritz. The staff was incredible from check in to finding me a doctor to setting up my navigation in rental car. We also enjoyed a 6 course dinner at Pots, an onsite restaurant. Berlin Mall is literally across the street. Would stay again!
