“excellent hôtel”
excellent rapport qualité/prix
“Hotel Ramada Plaza, Berlin”
La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La déco et le mobilier ne sont cependant pas terribles. Un bon point : l'hotel loue des vélos à des prix raisonnables mais il faut les ramener à 22 : 00 au plus tard ce qui est un peu absurde dans une capitale comme Berlin et en été. Cela dit nous les avons rendus à 2 h du matin et n'avons pas eu de commentaires.
“good alternative”
Room has what you barely need. Breakfast too expensive if it is not included in your room rate. Went outside for much less. Overall hotel ok but not fancy at all.
“Good hotel for the price, no wifi in rooms”
Clean comfortable spacious room, friendly helpful staff, good location close to the U-bahn and the fun Kurfursterdam shopping street and Schoneberg area. WARNING: even though the hotel description says that there is free wifi -> this is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms! I would not have chosen this hotel had I known this - and I am resentful about the false /misleading advertising.
“Do not stay at this hotel if you plan on taking children under 18 years of age to the pool.”
The hotel room iteself exceeded our expectations. It was a large suite that included a kitchenette. The bathroom was immaculate and roomy. However, do not stay at this hotel if you have children under the age of 18 who hope to use the swimming pool. Our children were very disappoined that they could not use the pool. The staff at the reception desk were efficient and professional, but lacked in helpfulness. We were also charged an additional fee at checkout that was not included when the booking was made through Expedia.
“Not for business”
The advertised free WiFi is only in the lobby and failed frequently. WiFi in the rooms is courtesy of T-Mobile at around €35 for a month or €15 for a few hours, but the signal is too weak anyway. So if you need to get connected to work then bring your own. Personally I feel a little misled by Ramada. One chooses a branded hotel for reasons of trust and consistency and Internet is a simple bargain to keep.
