“Great hotel with a great location.”
Excellent location for sightseeing. Our hotel room (business room) looked out onto on the the Berliner Dom. Great quality. Housekeeping actioned twice a day. Paid extra for breakfast buffet - that was good quality and plenty of choice. Aquarium in the hotel foyer is great fun. Very easy access to Alexanderplatz (8 mins walk) and Hackescher Market (5 mins walk) for regional,U and S trains. Buses 100 and 200 stop outside the hotel returning from Brandenburg Gate and a 5 minutes walk outside the museums going towards the Brandburg Gate. Buy a BerlinWelcome card for Zone ABC to catch the train from Schonefeld airport to Alexanderplatz and it will last for your visit. Excellent value. Journey from airport very easy, straightforward and very safe. Have a great trip. We did!
“Excellent Hotel”
Good location. Nice hotel. Loved the fish in the middle.
“Raddison Blu Berlin - great hotel”
One of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. Great service, great location, great view of the largest cylindrical aquarium in the world, comfortable bed - all great
“4 Night January Stay”
My girlfriend and I were upgraded to a suite after being disappointed that the pool and spa were closed for a week. The room was brilliant, and the staff were always helpful and polite. Would highly recommend as the location is great.
“Great location”
Great hotel and in great location - near an S station for the airport express and in walking distance of most of the sights. Just one minor disappointment - no tea/coffee-making provision in the room. However would definitely recommend.
“Great Hotel”
Excellent hotel. Great rooms and excellent atrium with huge fish tank. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Great location for sightseeing.
“Nice job!”
P.erfect in every way. A great value for the price (especially if you purchase the breakfast included option!)
“Excellent stay”
Wonderful staff, especially the bar, restaurant and concierge, who could not have been more helpful. The foyer with the aquarium is spectacular and the hotel is so close to all the major attractions of Berlin. Food in the restaurant very good.
“A great hotel in a beautiful city”
Great hotel, central location with easy access to all forms of public transport. We booked the Expedia package 'Business Class Rm, Berlin Cathedral view' which was a considerable saving over other websites (including the hotel direct). The room was modern and spacious, the 2 twin beds were pushed together to make one large comfortable one, and the view was perfect. The coffee maker was a welcome addition, and the free daily paper useful as we sipped our beverage on the balcony. The staff were courteous and spoke English. The package included breakfast which was buffet style with a great choice of delicious food. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening as there are many great eateries nearby. The gym and pool were compact. We particularly liked the free wi-fi throughout the hotel. There is a 'walking tour' of Berlin which meets about 5 minutes away from the hotel (outside the Weihenstephaner restaurant in the Hackescher Markt) - it's a great introduction to the beautiful city of Berlin.
