This was an ideal place to stay for our family of four. The neighborhood has a lot going with great shopping and a variety of restaurants, yet not noisy. A short walk to trains, but not much farther to walk Berlin’s museums and other highlights. The apartment has a loft bedroom, two toilets and fold out bed for the kids that got high marks. Very calming, modern interior with a great view on the top floor of the Berlin skyline. Great value for the money. We hope to return.

Really good position, not noisy at night but plenty of places to eat/drink around. Small convenience store nearby. Good clear instructions on key codes etc. Close to an underground station, tram runs down ros outside. Facilities good, clean and warm.

Fabulous apartments in the most perfect location.
What a great find! This is our 4th visit to Berlin in the last couple of years, but definitely the best place we've stayed. The location is absolutely perfect, the apartment is very close to Alexanderplatz, the Hackischer Markt (with the beer kellers and restaurants), 2 major underground lines and the tram network. The apartments are very new and clean, and have been created to a high specification. Very well laid out, comfortable furniture and very clean. The morning croissant and fresh coffee was a welcome added bonus too. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Our apartment was on the top floor and we enjoyed a view of the Fernseherturm (TV tower) from our little balcony. I would highly recommend these apartments, we'll definitely be back!

Superb service, friendly & helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean, so beautiful and comfortable. Great location, nice restaurant and close to public transport. Next time I'm going to Berlin, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Located close to Rosa Luxemborg train station. Walking distance to several restaurants, museums, and grocery store a couple blocks away. The reception area is open 9 AM-6PM with an English speaking receptionist. + Elevator. After hours, emergencies handled by calling a local phone #. Coffee, tea and croissants every AM. Wash, dry, press and fold laundry service available for 8 Euros per provided laundry bag. We had a superior apartment with bedroom, open kitchen to LR. Fold out sofa bed in LR and standard bed in bedroom. No A/C but has portable fans for each room. Modern bathroom with separate shower adjacent to a bathtub. Kitchen with basic necessities. Minibar with reasonably priced beverages. Trash emptied and towels changed only on 5th day of stays. No housekeeping otherwise unless pay 17 Euros per extra service. However you can go to front desk and replemish supplies as needed. We found the apt comfortable and front desk helpful !!! The hotel arranged for a cab to take us to airport at 3:30 AM. Ride was right on time and 27 Euros. The only complaint I have is the area rug and floor covering in LR was worn and very stained. Would make a world of difference appearance wise if they were replaced.

excellent coffee and croissants available each morning! Also, a great location - we were able to walk everywhere. we arrived after reception was closed and the code for the key safe wasn't included in our instructions for out-of-hours entry. However, a quick call to the emergency number soon resolved the problem.

Amazing stay
Fantastic stay, local area is great. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all we expected. Very friendly staff. Only a minor issue: water-pressure was really low at the third floor and it was difficult to take shower most of the time.

The staff was very responsive to any requests we had. Our first day we asked for an extra towel, extra hangers and an iron and ironing board. When we came back from dinner all were in the apartment. For our departure they called for our taxi. The location in the city is great, close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to the U-Bahn.

An excellent choice in Mitte. My superior apartment was spacious, well equipped and within easy walking distance of Alexanderplatz and Hackesche Hofe. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Although it didn’t offer a full breakfast, coffee and croissants on the terrace was a good compromise. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Best area to stay in Berlin
Had a 3 nights stay at Flower's Boardinghouse in a duplex unit. The location is excellent and is surrounded by a number of chic boutiques and restaurants. The unit itself is clean and quite well maintained but certain areas like the bathroom and sofa are showing its age. Friendly and helpful reception.

Good location apart from beds!
Location, service of staff and breakfast were all good the beds we found were roo hard with matching hard pillows. Also we were fortunate not to lose our key as €200 replacement and didnt have any incense candles at €500 we were fortunate.

Great location and good price for Berlin apartment
Flower's serviced apartments are a great option for staying in Berlin. The location was perfect for walking in to the heart of the city and accessing museum island (~15 mins). The area is safe, with a number of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops around. Our room was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to save a little money preparing our own meals. We also appreciated the free fresh croissants, coffee and tea available at breakfast. They also did our laundry for a reasonable fee, putting it in our room when it was ready, which was very convenient. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been air conditioning to help with the unseasonable heat, although the numerous windows allowed a lot of air into the room so it did cool down quickly. I would recommend these rooms if you are looking for a reasonably priced, well located apartment for your stay in Berlin.

Great location
We stayed for 4 nights in Apartment 5 which has lots of windows and is therefore very light but it got very hot when the sun was out. Also at night we had to close the windows because of the noise coming from the bars nearby and people passing by below. Apart from that, this is a perfectly located, large and comfortable apartment. The WiFi works well. There are plenty of choices for eating and if you need a laundromat, there are two a couple of blocks away. Fresh croissants are provided each morning with tea and coffee, you go to reception and help yourself. Hackescher Markt and Museum Island are an easy walk away and metro connections are good.

Best apartment I've stayed in. The place was modern and very clearly. Rooms were warm even with the radiators turned low so good for winter. 8min walk to Alexanderplatz where there is a Xmas market, 2 shopping malls and train station that goes direct to the airport. Kitchen well equipped, just missing a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had good communication via Email. Would stay again!

Excellent location, clean, comfortable apartment
Very good location - just one underground stop to Alexander Platz, and a short walk to the fashionable shopping area of Hackische Hoefe. The kitchen facilities were excellent, including full size oven, microwave and dishwasher. Appartment was clean and well-equipped, and the owners were helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Good location, very near 2 underground stops. Very near shops, restaurants. Very well equipped apartment, ideal for a few days break. Croissants and coffee in the morning very welcome. No noise from other rooms. Room very warm, fan provided but too noisy to keep on all night.

We enjoyed our stay very much, from a friendly greeting upon arrival to helpful and friendly support on the day of departure. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable with nice views on the Alexanderplatz. It was super to get a coffee (or tea) and a fresh croissant each morning. The area is great, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, Hackesche Hoefe... The immediate surroundings are super too, nice restaurants and little shops. Will definitely come to stay again when next time in Berlin.

Was pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and walked in to a spacious two-level penthouse apartment, complete with a view of a classic Berlin Mitte street and the Alexanderplatz tower in the background. Quiet, clean, well equipped. Pretty much everything you'd want from an apartment in Mitte for a few days.

Das Limehome Flowers in Berlin hinterlässt einen zwiegespaltenen Eindruck. Leider störten Tuppa-Dosen und Essensreste vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank den ersten Eindruck. Es fehlten Geschirrhandtuch und Spülmaschinentabs und die abgenutzte Spülbürste wollte man wirklich nicht mehr benutzen. Zusätzlich war die defekte Nachttischlampe mit Kabelbruch und die nicht funktionierende TV-Fernbedienung enttäuschend. Immerhin punktet das Hotel mit einer vorhandenen Nespresso-Maschine und einem ausreichend großen Raumangebot. Außerdem ist die Lage ganz gut.

Absolute Katastrophe!!! Die Reinigung/Hygiene eines Zimmers lässt oftmals Raum für Diskussionen... doch selbst, wenn die schlechte Reinigung nicht berücksichtigt wird, bleibt folgendes: - Checkin nur mit fotografiertem Ausweis und hochzuladendem Selfie möglich, ohne Angabe was letztendlich damit geschieht - höchst fragwürdig und DSGVO lässt grüßen! - ALLE WC-Sitze sind nicht ansatzweise fest und fallen permanent runter - hier kommt ungewolltes Camping-Feeling auf. Wie kann so etwas nicht bemerkt/repariert werden?!? - und das negative Highlight: die KALTE Dusche!!! Vermutlich ist der Wasserdruck bei der Handbrause derart reduziert, dass dieser für den Durchlauferhitzer nicht mehr ausreicht. Ergo: nach 20 Sekunden kaltes Wasser, bis man auf den regulären Wasserhahn wechselt, dann wird es wieder warm. Dieses Spielchen macht man dann alle 20 Sekunden im Intervall-Duschen. Hier ist jeder Campingplatz mit 1EUR-Dusche komfortabler. Kurzum: nie wieder!!!
