“JUST A CRACKING HOTEL THAT HAS IT ALL”

WE'VE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES NOW TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL AND THIS HOTEL IS A CHARM. THE STAFF ARE GREAT, THE LOCATION JUST UP THE M4 FROM WEST LONDON IS REALLY STRAIGHTFORWARD. WE WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN SOON.

“Excellent value”

“Great value Spring Break”

Great welcome by the reception staff who were a credit to the hotel. They quickly resolved an issue with the rooms we'd be assigned (our fault not theirs#. This hotel does have a confernec feel to it - BMW fans eat your hearts out as this is their training centre. BUT this did mean free tea/coffee/water on tap! Great facilities for the kids #our 15 years and 11 years. No restrictions on swim times. Free Nintendo lounge and £1 for mini golf. For the price highly recommend.

“Would go back but when you ask for a double room you would expect the double bed to be made as a dou”

just need to make double room as double with double bed 2 singles do not work even when you put together your self. only on cup in room for hot drinks this has happened on last 2 visits

“Not impressed”

This hotel was not good at all. Is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. Was very dissapointed as it was a surprise for a birthday for my partner. The bed made too much noise every time you moved when you were sleeping and the shower temperature changed all the time from either freezing cold or boiling hot. I would rate this hotel 1/10 and would never recommend to anyone.
