Room was small and the mini bar was really expensive. Well situated and close to main attractions. Breakfast was good. I think they should renovate the room for more spacious bathrooms and avoid to put an 52 inch tv in the middle of the room

Excellent hôtel à la hauteur des meilleurs thon hôtels, buffet exceptionnel, confort, calme, propreté et personnel très avenant. Nous recommandons cette adresse au cœur d ela ville pour la parcourir à pieds, à proximité des nombreux restaurants. Arrêt de bus proche et centre d'information touristique aussi.

Bel hôtel et bien situé
Hôtel au personnel agréable et à la décoration actuelle. Bien situé pour visiter Bergen. Chambre assez petite (un côté du lit est contre le mur) mais fonctionnelle, jolie, propre et bien équipée. Bonne isolation. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : chaud/froid, sucré/salé, scandinave/anglais/français... tout y est, exceptionnel!

L'hôtel est situé à 300 mètres de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport. En venant de celu-ci cela descendre au dernier arrêt, remonter Bryggen, première à gauche et vous y êtes. La situation est idéal, vous pouvez tout faire à pied sauf le téléphérique où il vous faudra prendre le bus n°2 pour vous y rendre mais là encore l'arrêt de bus est à moins de 300 mètres. le marché aux poissons est à moins de 500 mètres, ainsi que l'office du tourisme et l'embarcadère pour une croisière dans les fjords. Les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions avec un chauffage au sol dans la salle de bains très agréable. Il est juste dommage que l'on ne puisse régler le chauffage dans la chambre dans laquelle il faisait un peu chaud 22°. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel du jamais vu et pourtant je voyage toutes les semaines de part mon travail. Le dîner du soir inclus dans le prix est sous forme de buffet réduit par rapport au petit déjeuner mais largement suffisant. on y trouve absolument de tout. Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, prévenant et se fera un plaisir de vous renseigner sur la ville. Je recommande cet hôtel excellent dans lequel je retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir.

Très bel hôtel moderne à 2 pas de Bryggen. Chambre double un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel et light meal du soir tout à fait convenable. Formidable hôtel !
Je pensais l'hôtel comme un standard pour la Norvège. Quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de me rendre compte que le rapport qualité / prix est imbattable. Dans un premier temps, l'hôtel est situé en plein coeur de Bryggen. Juste en face, se trouve un parking au prix forfaitaire de 250 NOK (environ 25 euros) pour 24 heures. Dans le prix de la chambre est compris une demie-pension donc la chance d'une nourriture locale formidable et incluse dans le prix. Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin est du même niveau. Le choix est très variée avec toute une palette de produits locaux et recettes locales (même le jus d'orange est fraîchement pressé). Ce choix savoureux est tel qu'un seul petit-déjeuner ne permet pas de tout tester. En conclusion, je recommande grandement cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Si je devais retourner à Bergen, mon choix se porterait sans hésiter sur cet établissement !

Even though the hotel is not a luxury property, you will find what’s needed. It is clean, offers a very good breakfast with a very good selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. The hotel also offers a light dinner which we did not expect. We received more than what we expected. Very satisfied with our selection. The only con is that since we were not able to get the room early, we had to leave our luggage downstairs on our own risk. They do not have a concierge to help you with this kind of needs like other hotels do.

It would have been a five star review if the front desk Hotel Agent Erik was more empathetic about my uncle and aunt's lost luggage. We were about to get on a cruise and asking to help calling the airline to check since language could be a potential barrier and wanted to know if he could help. He told us that he is not in the concierge service so we can call on our hotel room phone which would be fine if he wasn't that rude. However I do have to say he was the only problem. The rest of the staff (sorry ladies, I can't remember all your names but they were so helpful and empathetic about the lost luggage issue.) I
