This was a gorgeous hotel with charm and the daily free breakfasts were great! It is walkable to the cita Alta the most popular area in Bergamo and also the downtown/central area with shops bars restaurants and pretty statues and art. Clean rooms, helpful receptionist, and many outlets. Thank you for such a great week in Bergamo!

We had a wonderful view from our room on the 7th floor, very spacious room with fridge and kettle. Glorious white cotton bedding and perfect pillows. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very nice hotel in a very nice city. Nice quiet room with very good buffet breakfast in the center of Bergamo. Train station and funicular within walking distance. Staff attentive to guests and very professional. TV in room very good with many English and other language channels. Only thing was the room was a bit smaller than I expected but was still quite nice. Overall, very enjoyable stay and can recommend.

My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the hotel's location is great for sightseeing, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the hotel itself is outdated, and my room faced a noisy street with inadequate soundproofing. The shower was uncomfortably small, and the staff's behavior was not always friendly. They seemed somewhat arrogant, and I wasn't offered assistance with my luggage, unlike other guests. I'd recommend the hotel invest in renovations. Until then, consider other options if available.

Great hotel in great location
I had a lovely stay here. Every member of staff ( reception, chambermaids and dining room)was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in great location in Bergamo bassa. The hotel needs modernisation: decor is tired and carpet stains floor 6 hallway. Breakfast menu was repetitive.

Explore Bergamo from here..
Perfect location to explore the magnificent old town, as well as the new town. Right on the doorstep of both. We didn't eat here, so cannot comment on quality of the food. The menu in the roof top restaurant looked amazing as did the view, although it did look expensive. Staff on reception were very helpful on all matters we asked them
