hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

Great location but expensive, unavailable spa.
Location is this hotel's greatest quality, it's based in the centre of lower Bergamo which makes it very convenient. It's advertised as a wellness hotel but no where in the booking process did it mention that the spa has to be booked in 1.5 hour slots and costs €45 a time. When I arrived it was already fully booked. The receptionist was unhelpful and likened it to using the restaurant, saying that you have to pay for food. I tried to explain that a spa hotel charging for the hotel was a completely different matter. The room was comfortable, if a little dated. They were cleaned well and there was a large selection of toiletries. The shower leaked as the door didn't closed properly and the fridge made a noise all night which made it hard to sleep. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch, and it included snacks.

Better in pictures. The bed is like sleeping on a piece of wood and the pillows are paper thin. Can’t use spa facility without advance reservation and 45 euro.

The hotel has a great location in the fascinating little city of Bergamo. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed the spa/massage facilities. Highly recommended!

New Year in Bergamo
We had a great 3 day stay at the Arli Hotel for New Year with friends, the Staff were superb & very helpful. I used the Spa for a massage which was "top drawer" & I'd recommend it if you have the time. The Hotel is 10 minutes from the Airport & very central & perfect for shops, bars & restaurants. All in all a great place to stay.

New Year Break
A 3 night stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good. In the lower town but only 15 minutes walk to the funicular that takes you up to the citta alta. Also only 10 minutes from the main railway station. For a 3 star hotel the facilities were excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice - only downside was absence of hot food. We ate in the restaurant on New Years Eve and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall a great choice.

Staff were excellent - very pleasant and willing to help. Would have preferred to have a fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities in room but that was only a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

A relaxing few days in Bergamo Fab holidsy
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable The hotel was lovely and clean and breakfast each morning provided us with an amazing variety of fresh fruit lovely pastries and cold meats and cheeses The hotel was ideally situated in the centre of Bergamo with easy access to buses and trains only 5 minutes walk away A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Good location but not a great stay
Good location for the centre but way too much traffic noise, building works outside at the time of the trip did not help. Room ok but too hot and bed really uncomfortable for me. Good breakfast though. Parking expensive at 18euro/day. Reception on departure never asked about quality of my stay. Sorry but wouldn't stay again.
