“extraordinary customer service”

I was so impressed by the presentation of hotel in the web site, I had to go there. It is gorgeous and elegant. I was treated like a queen. The staff are impeccably professional and helpful to me, an American traveler visiting Italy for the first time. The food is very delicious. It was a lovely experience, staying there.

“Near Bologna”

The ZanHotel is lovely, but the location is remote and not convenient to most travelers. There is nothing in the town but the hotel and a small restaurant.

“Great for a quiet break”

Would only recommend this hotel to those wanting to stay well away from the towns and with own transport as few local facilites available. contrary to the listed amenities, there is NO restaurant in the hotel offering "speciality local cuisine". Only self-service breakfast is available. In addition to this there are only two basic cafe type restaurants in the village + a take-away Pizza shop. Hospital with emeergency treatment area close by if needed.
