Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at the Oberoi Hotel! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was exceptional. The room itself was comfortable & impeccably clean with all the amenities we could ask for. The balcony had a pool view and a nice breeze to an otherwise warm city. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff at the hotel. I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service and genuine warmth during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and a genuine eagerness to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had throughout my stay. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their meticulous attention to detail. My room was always immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully replenished and arranged with care. It was evident that they take great pride in their work, and their dedication to maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed. The restaurant staff was also outstanding, delivering impeccable service with genuine warmth and hospitality that made every dining experience a pleasure. They were attentive to my needs and always ready with helpful suggestions, ensuring that each meal was a memorable culinary delight. Great convenient location. Beautiful gardens. Clean comfortable rooms. Good housekeeping. Many dining options. Experienced three different service issues at The Polo Cafe, Wabi Sabi, and Lapis restaurants on three days. After reporting the instances, did not receive any satisfactory response or resolution from the Management. Poor supervision! Bureaucratic and unempathetic management! Hence one less rating than “Excellent”! But most of the other staff were very kind, polite, responsive, and helpful. Good spa and gym facilities. Nice swimming pool. Good service at the Front Desk, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and at Breakfast.

The Oberoi in Bangalore is set in beautiful lush gardens with very mature trees that shelter the outer seating area like a swaying umbrella. Absolutely amazing ambience. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to help. Cleanliness is to the next level and service is excellent. A special thank you to our butler Mohit who went out of his way to make us comfortable and recommended the top 5 dishes which were delicious. If you visit this property please ask for the 5 Mohit specialities.

One of the finest hotels I ever stayed. Everything was outstanding- service, cleanliness, food quality, decor, garden, view, restaurants, atmosphere. Only thing I did not like was spa experience as the person who massaged me was not good and not professional, so I had to travel to another hotel for massages. While prices were quite high, wish they hired better massage professionals.

My stay at the Oberoi at Bengaluru was superb. The service and friendliness provided by the staff is above and beyond. The 'mini forrest' surrounding the pool and that the balcony looks onto provides a nice and calm setting for the hotel and is literally a breath of fresh air compared to the smell of dust from the city. The food is also amazing and that includes the buffet breakfast, which also has an included in dining menu, cooked to order. The room also has many provisions, I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at The Oberoi was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and the service was above and beyond what we have ever experienced.
