“Just Fanastic Hotel”
I am "picky", I really am. This hotel **earned** it's five star rating from me. I've stayed at the Balmoral Hotel in Scotland and it wasn't as nice as this property and the staff wasn't as good. I'm a fly fishing fanatic and have stayed at half a dozen other hotels in Bend and none of them even come close to the Phoenix.

“Great location”
I am from Bend and when I return I always look for something new and comfortable. The Phoenix, is located in the old downtown section. I will be staying there from now on. I had left behind the power cord to my computer and I was sure it was gone. I left my phone number and they called me back to say they found it and I had it over nighted. I have NEVER had anything "found" in another hotel after leaving something. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, I wanted to take home the sofa. The bed was a bit hard but not as bad as most. And very close to my favorite park, Drake Park- sit back and watch the river roll by!
“our new home away from home”
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. My husband is in a wheelchair and everything was very user friendly and accessible. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and suggests for food deliveries. Our 17 yr. old son really enjoyed the warm cookies at night and the complimentary breakfast was more than expected. The ladies who maintain it are fabulous and we were not in want of anything. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We will definately be calling Phoenix Inn and Suites our home away from home when visiting the Bend area.
“Best Hotel Deal In Bend”
This hotel far exceeded my expectations.
“Downtown Bend's Best Hotel”
The Phoenix Inn is currently undergoing major exterior renovations, but you would have never guessed it staying in one of their hotel rooms. It was very quite, comfortable, friendly staff, and conveniently located. One can easily walk to anywhere in the Downtown Bend area, including the five local micro-breweries. My mother and sister had stayed there before and we all agree it is a Great hotel to stay in!

“Perfect for walking to downtown Bend”
This hotel is a great value (all rooms are suites) as well as the best location to walk to downtown. Cookies at night in the lobby is a nice touch. Breakfast is nothing special, but certainly adequate.
