Very nice staff and helpful. Room was very nice updated.No carpet which I like. Hot coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

This was a return visit for us and will always be our #1 choice in Prineville. This hotel is decorated beautifully and is maintained to the highest standard. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed. We give it 10 stars!

Love the decorations, staff and indoor pool
We were in town over New Years weekend visiting family who live in Prineville. We love this hotel for the indoor pool and wonderful staff. They also put alot of thought into the artwork and Christmas decorations giving it a warm home-like feeling. The only thing that could be improved is to add more rugs/carpet in the rooms to dampen noisy neighbors. There happened to be a rodeo going on the weekend we were there and we had a few loud neighbors that Saturday night!

Won't stay again.
The toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper down. The bed frame was like 4 inches wider than the mattress, kind of dangerous if your disabled. The electric plugs didn't all work. Loveseat in the room was a nice touch but the lack of a decent flushing toilet totally ruined the experience.

Arrived to my room to find bed bugs. Hotel has been entirely uncooperative in refunding my stay and denying that there are bed bugs even when presented with photo evidence.

Holy moly I've never paid this much to stay in a place this dirty and disgusting. There was plain as day a booger on the lampshade, including a hair in it. Black and yellow on white was extremely noticable. Then there was the bedding. There was an unknown white stain on the bedskirt, I am uncomfortable with what it looked like. I seriously think that I might have gotten lucky that I didn't have bedbugs or something because the staff here clearly doesn't clean, they're just going through the motions. Staying here you don't even have to look hard to see the nasty, it's right in front of your face. The app won't let me add pictures for whatever reason.

the new floors need to be mopped once in a while. walking with socks on they get very dirty. Bare foot is horribly dirty. Maids sweep or vacuum the floors but the scum remains. we have had the same problem at other hotels, with the wood flooring. Thanks Mike Myers
