Very pretty and quaint, we arrived after checkout, and the staff was very helpful, sweet, easygoing and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was delicious. Would love to return in the summer months.

Beautiful rooms with large washroom. Enjoyed having a fireplace in the room with comfortable wingback chairs. The room had a deck that could have been enjoyed if the weather was better. Parking was convenient. Lovely restaurant/bar on site Fantastic breakfast included with ni e options. Will definitely go back

Overall property is very dated. Room was dusty. Carpet very stained. Checkin was challenging as they couldn’t find our key. Heather at breakfast was awesome!👏👏

We had a great time. Entertainment at the pub was fantastic! French toast for breakfast in the dining room was good but the potatoes were a little well done and when they placed a plastic package if Astro yogurt in front of me with no spoon it kind of spoiled the atmosphere. This is our 3rd stay and it’s always been nothing short of wonderful. This time wasn’t quite as nice as we remembered but all in all a good time.

Beautiful property, great staff. Very nice room. Yes, a little dated but took nothing away from our stay. Pub on site with excelllent live music on the weekends. Breakfast included, ordered off the menu, (no buffet) food was tasty and hot. Will be back

The room that you stayed in is intentionally decorated in a manner that pays homage to the history of Prince Edward County. While it does not necessarily suit everyone's tastes, we do offer rooms that are more modern which may have suited your preferences more. Our photos do match to the room type as described. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable and drapes kept the light out very well. However, the housekeepers need to pay attention to the detail in their dusting. Tops of bedposts were dusty as were the carvings on the dresser, especially around the mirror. Yes, this takes a bit more time but the result would definitely be more appealing to the customer staying in the room. I would not do a 2nd rate job like this in my house and lodging houses should ensure that their housekeeping services are not satisfied with this less than exemplary workmanship.

While the staff were very kind and helpful and everything was clean , the room was quite shabby and tired. The armchair upholstery was worn through, the shower is small with poor flow and the carpets need changing. Having breakfast included is always a bonus but, given that breakfast is quite an easy meal to do, it was not as appetizing as it should have been.

The maintenance staff was new and didn’t know how the furnace worked. They turned it on and it was unbearable in my room. So hot. Should have had some training We have winter every year. They said the weather fluctuates. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund or a complimentary voucher for a room at a later day. Was denied. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend The Waring House
