“Excellent rapport qualité-prix...”

Salle de bain et chambre plus petite que la moyenne; air climatisé bruyante. Par contre, piscine, spa et sauna très apprécié en soirée; sécheuse également. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Accès super facile à l'hôtel de la 401. Activités: vignobles, magasinage, plages de Sandbanks (45 minutes)! Recommandons cet hôtel!

“Very comfortable, clean basic accommodation. Convenient to Hwy 401.”

This was a comfortable, clean, basic accommodation. Excellent access to Hwy 401. Few good restaurants nearby. Restaurant in hotel has limited breakfast menu (either cold continental or full buffet).

“Trenton Holiday Inn is Good.”

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Trenton for one night on July 1, 2011 (Canada Day). The accomodations were fine. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. The desk clerks were very friendly etc. The only concern were the bathroom fixtures. For a hotel that appears to be rather new the bath tub was ready for a make over. However everything worked; including the A/C which is important to me.

“Would Go Back Again”

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Trenton with my little nephew. The room was very clean and relatively comfortable, although the chairs were squished in by the side of the bed, which did make it somewhat less comfortable to sit in the chairs. The beds were firm and comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. My young nephew was excited to use the pool and we did enjoy using the pool facilities. It was great to have access to a sauna and a hot tub, but the hotel needs to clean the hot tub more often because there was a ring of grime around the water in the hot tub. This could have been because we used the facilities later in the evening. The location of a popular coffee shop right across the road was a good plus in the morning when we needed to get up and get back on the road. Overall, we were more or less pleased with our stay and would return to this hotel if in the area again.

“Excellent staff”

While the surroundings do not offer restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself was fine. The included breakfast was well worth the extra cost.

“Not fantastic, but not horrible.”

Went to this hotel on July 17th-July 19th, 2009. It was really just an okay hotel. Everything about it was okay, but not awe-inspiring. Room was clean, and usable. Pool area seemed to be in pretty good nick. The restaurant in the hotel was way overpriced for a breakfast (around $30 Canadian for me and my wife).

“toilet didn't flush”

Arrived late at night. Room had toilet and tub downstairs, toilet upstairs. Downstairs toilet didn't flush - I attempted to fix it and got filthy hands trying to re-attach the chain which had been broken. I didn't contact the staff then as we wanted to get to bed. I manually flushed the toilet then and we used the upstairs toilet for the remainder of my stay. When I reported the problem with the toilet on checkout in the morning the staff member on the desk did not apologize or thank me for the information and despite being jovial with fellow staff a moment before appeared annoyed with me. Hotel is clean enough, but a bit dingy and shabby. Excellent hot water pressure in the shower.
