“Memories are made here”
The view through the patio from our room, the friendliness of every member of the staff from the desk people to the people mopping the tile floors, the smile on the waitresses face every morning when she brought the coffee to our table, the music from the bands drifting to our room, even the color of the hotel walls all added to the memories we will carry for life.
“Definitely would go back!”
The hotel was better than expected! Reasonable price for a place on the beach and close to everything. Plus they had a great breakfast and the rum punch was great too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and had all the conveniences i needed. A fridge and microwave in the room too. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I used the dive shop of the dock there they were very good, reasonable on multiple days, and so convenient.

If you are looking for a resort style hotel with all the services don't stay here. If you want a fair price and a nice place to sleep and shower stay here. We had no issues at all. The staff was great and helpful and the food was good.
“Very clean, nice staff, good food, great bar, a bit noisey”
Very friendly staff, good location, nice pool but very cold, great bar. Only problems were - the beds are VERY hard but most hotel beds in Belize are for some reason. Hotel next door has a live band between 6 and 9 pm which is very loud. Food is good - especially breakfast. Would definitely go back
“Very good for the cost.”
We were surprised how nice this place was after staying at other places on Belize main land. It was very clean, and pleasant. The staff, if not overly friendly, were always helpful. The pool was having some kind of trouble, but they were working on it every day we were there trying to fix it. There was good swimming of the dock next door. We were picked up from the dock next door for every excursion that we went on, it was very convenient. The continental breakfast was a hit for the women with us toast and large plate of fruit. There is a good place for breakfast just catercorner from the hotel. We found that we could walk most of the time to down town, it is allot sorter along the beach. Taxi's ran around 10 dollars Belize (5 US). I wish we could have stayed another week at the coconuts. There could have been more water pressure for the bathroom sink and shower, but nothing could not live with.
“Pretty good value for the rate, but nothing amazing”
A decent hotel but nothing amazing about it. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with organizing trips, recommending restaurants, etc. The onsite restaurant served up good food, but I felt way overcharged for the amount of food I got.
“Great Location”
The bar was not open do to some remodling. But the free rum punch made up for that. Rooms just remodled very nice. Walking distance to town. Loved it and can't wait to go back
“Last night I dreamt of San Pedro....”
Very nice hotel, but it is a bit out of town. I would recommend renting a bicycle or golf cart if you stay here in order to get to town. Taxis are rather expensive, and it's a 20 minute walk. The rooms were great, we didn't have hot water, but the weather was so warm I wouldn't have used it anyway. The restaurant/bar is very good, right on the beach. Employees are friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice place, but just a tad on the expensive sids.
“Nice hotel, nice price”
Pleasantly surprised since photos were old on the website. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Only quibble - continental breakfast was NOT included in price.
