“What a great deal! Awesome Hotel”

Great hotel: the service from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the night security is awesome and super freindly. Great rooms: full kitchen in mine with two ceiling fans plus AC. In town but on north end so no bar noise.

“Thumbs Up”

This was a very accommodating hotel from when we landed on Ambergris Caye, to when we left. A taxi was there from the hotel when we landed to pick us up & take us to the hotel, the tip was included in our stay but we tipped anyway. Very cute hotel - it had pure water right outside our door, a nice breakfast in the morning, they helped us work the AC control & changed the battery in our safe right away. The staff were very friendly. They rent golf carts at their hotel for only $10 per hour with no deposit. Very convenient. It was close to town within walking distance & close to the ferry boats. You felt like you were on vacation the minute you arrived. The hotel was not more than 25 steps to the beach.

“Would Stay There Again”

Hotel was great. Helpful staff, willing to do anything to make stay easier. Free breakfast was ample and easy to grab before beginning day's adventures. Pool was nice. Room was nice. Roof top view couldn't be beat. Location was amazing. There was no specific dock exclusively for hotel's use, but a public one that worked just fine. However, if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the street side, very noisy with all of the cars turning right at the corner, and headlights shining inside the rooms on the ground floor. And I wish our ground floor room had a hammock outside to use, rather than a parking spot for the hotel's golf cart. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
