Hello, thank you for staying with us! We work hard at maintaining our hotel grounds and while we do know it might not be the latest design, it is well taken care of by our hard-working staff. As you should also know, the problem of the sargassum on the beach has been well documented and is something that affects our entire island. As to the claim of our pools being filled with employees - you simply confused our paying local customers with employees. Locals are allowed to use one of the pools when consuming from the restaurant. Our guests are also aware that the hotel has two pools - one of them is available exclusively to hotel guests. There is also a vending machine beside the office. We do appreciate your feedback but sometimes you just need to approach us when you feel something is not right. We hope to see you next time!

We have conveniently located a short 10-minute golf cart ride from town and we have several taxis stationed outside throughout the day that provides affordable transportation for our guests to head into town. We are a short (5 Minute) golf cart ride from the centre of town but still a ways away from the hustle and bustle which our guests do enjoy being able to be close to town but not near the action. Hello, We are sorry to learn that you did not enjoy your time while staying with us. For clarity, it is worth noting that you arrived at the resort after check-in time was over and were assisted by our night security to have access to your suite. the water shortage you regrettably experienced was a result of an island-wide outage and not a result of our facilities being damaged. This was completely out of our control. Our suites are all updated regularly and our facilities receive maintenance year round.
