hello at the arrival of Jenny youssef to Rafik Hariri Airport ,the authority of Airport asked the management by phone if JENNY YOUSSEF HAS PAID HIS RESEVATION IN ADVANCE OR NOT. for that we charged online for tow days stays from expedia .com in the same day of his arrival and we informed the authority of Airport that reservation was paid in advance ( because usually the authority consider any reservation as fraudulent if is not paid in advance ) we were waiting the arrival of this guest but he did not arrive to Regis hotel any time that mean or the authority did not permitted his entrance to Lebanon or he made a fraudulent reservation for stay with family or friends Regis hotel made the facility entrance and can not inform the Airport authority that reservation was not paid for that we charged the account for 2 days Jenny youssef can not says that had the worst experience for stay at Regis hotel because he did not arrive any time to Regis hotel thank you

hola durante su estancia in el hotel no ha presentado ninguna queja por falta de limpieza o algun inconveniente si hubiera algun problema de esta forma seria muy facil de correjirla por el personal indicado para estar el huesbed con mucho gusto pero decir que el hotel era sucio despues de salir nosotros tenemos entendemos de esta manaera que el huespbed tenia mala fe or por represalia por algun otro motivo. de todo modo nossotros damos el bien venido para huepsedes que ayudan por su buena opinion y fe para el mejor estar del hotel y sus hespedes y los otros huespedes que echan inconvenientes por gusto estaremos muy contentos si no les vemos otra vez in Regis hotel.
