“Terribly Unfriendly Staff”

Hi, I stayed at motel 268 in Beijing and although the location is great, the staff was terrible. I applaud them for trying to speak English (most of which was fine for what I needed), however, they tone they used and the look on their faces when I asked for something normal was very rude. Not one of the 5 staff members even cared to smile for the entire 4 days that I was there.
