“Good value for money”

I enjoyed this hotel because when I arrived which was early, around 10am I was able to check in. The internet did not work so I was then moved into another room which was OK. I had left my moisturiser in the room along with another skin care product but I did not realise until around 5pm. I made contact with reception and they could not locate the products. I was not very happy at all! They gave me a small bottle of red wine as a sorry which does not make up for the loss of some expensive skin care products. A staff member stole it! Pretty simple I thought... The hotel restaurant staff were the worst I experienced in China, all they wanted to do is push everybody out so that they can close up. Otherwise the hotel was pretty good...
