“have already booked for next year!”

We were absolutely delighted with everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and our room, although just 'standard' was large with a balcony overlooking the sea and rocks, was exceptional. Although facing the bay is the most popular side, we much preferred where we were as it was so peaceful just looking out to sea' I think the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen. The choice was just incredible, and everything from the bite sized pain au chocolate to the lashings of marinated smoked salmon was delicious. No need for lunch for us! The walk down to the beach was easy and it would have been very nice if the hotel had provided sun loungers as they were very expensive to hire. There were only two restaurants open in the evening in September on the beach, both were excellent (one belongs to the Parador) but very expensive. There were wonderful places to eat in Begur and surrounding areas. We would have eaten at the hotel in the evening, but the weather was so warm we didn't want to eat inside and there is no terrace attached to the dining room. We have already booked for next year!

“enjoyable hotel”

fantastic location for the beach, large hotel, we had the room with a beach view and terrace which was lovely. The resturant was large and the food not the most amazing but the local resturants surronding the hotel made up for this. Very friendly staff, good car parking, would recommend having a car to get to and around Begur and the surrounding area. Would happily return for a longer stay.
