Rip off hotel

Cons: Many things
My sister became ill which required me to travel to her quickly. Not knowing how many nights I would be there, I booked four days. I was able to leave one day early and when I notified the front desk of my early departure, I was told ther where not refunds on booked days! I have never experienced this before in my travels and was never informed of this hotels policy. Bad karma for Quality Inn.

Nice hotel. We thought the noise level would be high since the hotel is situated off the highway, but we heard nothing. They ran out of eggs early during breakfast is my only complaint.

Pros: Easy to check in, they never asked for name, I.D. Or credit card. Have no idea how they knew who I was.
Cons: Smell of room, breakfast was horrible.
Location: Location was great. Right in the. Idle of where I needed to be. Close to LSCPA. Plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Appearance nice, for price- room was comfortable. Smell of mildew in room was overwhelming. Unable to communicate this to staff because of language barrier. Staff did not speak English well.

You Get What You Pay For

Pros: ......I can't think of anything. It was cheap?
Cons: EVERYTHING.
I had to make a quick trip to Port Arthur and had to book at the last minute. Did a search and this was the cheapest rate for a night. I should have known better when I saw that everything was misspelled in the booking site - Quilty Inn on Memorail Dr. Everything was DIRTY. The shower curtain had black dirt marks, the comforter was dusty and dirty, the towels were filthy-some even looked used and weren't folded back properly, the complementary lotion was used-1/3 of the bottle was empty, the floor were so sticky it felt like I was walking on one of those sticky mouse traps. The service from the front was fine. Not terrible, not great. He just checked us in and out. He gave us new towels when we asked for them, but didn't offer an apology or even acted surprised, so I'm guessing they know about their subpar hotel cleanliness. First and last time I will be staying here.

Okay hotel for the price

At first, they said that they had no information of our booking and asked us to solve the situation which was a bit frustrating. At the end, they were more helpful and everything turned out okay. Room was clean enough and had everything we needed. Some stains on the armchair etc. Location was good for us since we were only passing through.

1,bad customer service

The service was awful, the gentleman at desk was rude to us at check-in,didn't look up our reservation, wanted me to show him on my phone who we booked with. He only gave us one key said we only needed one. When time to check out,he would not give receipt, told us to go on line where we booked hotel to get receipt. He was very rude,rude,rude.

Cant find reservations!

Problems with this hotel and reservations. They are new and they were not able to find the reservation for the two rooms that I paid for. Im not sure of using them again!
