Convenient place to stay

Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Need to update website for there is no indoor pool. Very clean crash pad for the night and that was all we needed. Elevator sounded questionable at times. Overall would probably stay again if necessary.

Pros: The pool was very clean.
Cons: An idea on the timing on when might the maid get to clean the room, I misjudged it.
The price on Expedia lured me in. The room was very clean and I thought it was a deal to have a microwave, small fridge and iron at this price. It was more than I needed for the stay.

It was impossible to find from the highway & getting to it & out onto the main road was confusing. The front desk staff was nice, but not friendly or welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, & we were very pleased with the space & layout. Price was great. Breakfast was okay. We would definitely stay there again, now that we know how to get to it.

This hotel was great no compliants. The only thing is that I want to know when they will get a real sign. Almost passed it up serval times because I didn't see a sign.

Started off bad. Trip was already paid in full from Hotels.com, with a confirmed number. Quality Inn had rented my room out by the time i made it down there at 3am. Sleepy and ready to get some rest, but someone had used the bathroom,took an shower and got into bed in my pre-paid room. Not happy at all, but the problem i am having is who is at fault. Hotels.com or Quality Inn? Staff was nice as they could be- The damage was already done.
