We just stayed 3 nights at the Abri Apartments. Everything was perfect. Clean, lovely rooms with everything you need. Helen was readily available if we needed anything. A quick walk into Paihia for all your shopping and dining needs.

A lovely place
It was such a lovely place to stay. One of the mug was not so cleaned and coffee residue visible. But other aspects were well presented so overall experience was excellent! Thank you.

This was our favourite stay of all places while visiting the North Island. Such a beautiful place with an amazing view. The hosts were also very wonderful folks. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay
Helen was an excellent hostess providing f information about Paihia and area as well as in door suggestions as we had a storm front expected. The apartment was immaculate and oh what a view. Easy walk to pier and waterfront/beach. Definitely would stay again

The perfect place to stay in Piahia
This was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. A beautiful little home with all the conveniences you need and we'll within walking distance to all the local attractions. If I am lucky enough to return to The Bay of Islands I will stay here again for sure.

Spectacular view of the Bay of Islands & Kororareka ( Russell ) from the couch , Deck or even whilst laying in bed , for that matter. A “ Peace “ of Paradise within PARADISE. Awesome Abri Apartments . Definitely worth recommending to couples or singlre people as they’re only a one bed Chalet . Well worth the RAVE.

A home away from home

Stellar Lodging Not to be Missed!
le Our Abri Apartment Suite, with hosts Helen and Peter, was an amazing stay in Paihia, Bay of Islands, New Zealand. We had everything we needed in the super clean and comfortable suite, including easy access to a laundry shared between us and the two chalets. The icing on the cake here is the view, both from the king bedroom and from the deck, complete with private access BBQ and table for cooking and dining! Everything, hosts included, was delightful, and we highly recommend staying here!

Awesome View
Our Suite at Abri Apartments was a delight! Helen was there to greet us and show us around the lovely property. The view from our suite was absolutely spectacular, especially from the lovely deck, which also has an amazing BBQ grill. The king bed was super comfortable and having the on site laundry. Super convenience. We can highly recommend staying in the Suite at Abri Apartments!

Great location walking distance to the main town area with all the bars and restaurants plus the beach and pier. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed! Would happily stay again and highly recommend it. One minor issue was with the daily service - we stayed 3 nights and didn't get this on the first day then on the second day we still hadn't been serviced so I had to call the owners to enquire - they were prompt and came and serviced the apartment straight away so it was all sorted promptly :)

wonderful choice. feels like a hotel!
The view is gorgeous; it's a short walk to the main little area; the apartment is very well stocked with milk, coffee, tea, soaps, a jacuzzi (!), internet, a gorgeous dining nook overlooking the sea (just like in the photo!), a dishwasher, fridge, and all the kitchen things you might want (except an oven, though there is an electric stovetop with two burners). the owners are right next door, so very convenient for arranging arrival and departure. everything was great!

This is a fantastic little apartment with fabulous views of the bay. The bed is comfy, the shower works well and everything is spotlessly clean. Being able to use the laundry for free, was great too.

Beautiful room in a beautiful region
Even though I arrived when the owners were away, Helen sent me all the details for how to let myself in. Everything was so well organized in the room, with helpful information in the compendium that answered any question about the facilities. Nice big room with a great view, nice bath, and kitchen facilities. The complimentary laundry was much appreciated. WiFi was a bit dodgy but serviceable.

Great stay.
Wonderful views from a very comfortable apartment. Owners on site and very helpful. Bay of Islands is beautiful and the town has everything you would need. Waitangi Treaty Grounds just a short drive away.

Treetop living in Paihia
A great place to stay in Paihia. It is walking distance to town. The patio has a great view of the bay. And, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a jacuzzi tub. I would stay here again. Please note that it has a firm 10am checkout.

Hi, We have 2 styles of apartments and the facilities of each style also varies. The Treetops and The Palms are our individual deluxe wooden chalets. The 1 bedroom Suite is on the ground floor of our home. The images of both styles of apartments are displayed and when you click through to each apartment style the images attached to each apartment accurately show the apartment you are booking. When booking, please ensure that you note the style of the apartment you are booking and also what facilities the apartment has to avoid disappointment on arrival. Thank You. The Abri Apartments were great, we stayed at TreeTops which had a fantastic view. The apartment is clean and has has modern furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. The owners live on the property and are always close by if you need anything, and the apartment was serviced daily. Abri Apartments are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ferry; and extended walks take you to nearby waterfalls and tourist attractions.
