“Perfect for short trips”
Great hotel, perfect distance to everything. Right across from the mall and restaurants. Will go back to this one!
“Outstanding in every way”
Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The room was absolutely spotless. It's away from the interstate, so it was very quiet. We didn't even hear any noise from other rooms like walking or water running, etc., and the hotel was completely booked at the time. Pets are welcome, so that was a big plus, and we didn't even hear any barking. The decor was very charming and well laid out. I loved having the full kitchen area, and even though I didn't use it, I was so impressed that it even had a dishwasher. I loved having a toaster too. The staff was very prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. We didn't have to wait for towels or anything. I was pleased with the free internet access, and it came in very handy. The TV swiveled so you could watch it from the sitting area where there was an upholstered sofa and chair, as well as from the bed. The bed was very comfortable, and there's a thermostat in the room to contol the heat and a/c. I loved the wood laminate floors and countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved everything about it so much we stayed an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler for any reason. It is extremely nice, and very comfortable and homey. It may not be like a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room for the cost. It was a very enjoyable stay.
“Beyond my expectations”
I could not get over how exceptionally clean the room was, the quiet atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. I really was impressed. I have stayed in different places and this far goes all expectations I had. I enjoyed staying here. I hope to be in town again, and I will stay again. Thank You so Much for the Enjoyable Stay
“Good place to relax!”
If you are looking for a great place to stay in baton rouge that is very spacious an relaxing, the towne place is were you want to be. The indoor pool and fitness center is great and the service is good too.
“Great Hotel”
Very comfortable and clean hotel. Service was great. Hotel is located very close to the mall of louisiana for shopping and a good choice of restaurants. The kitchen area is a nice touch that while not needed for most travelers, is nice for those on a business trip or family vacation. Will def. be staying at this hotel again.
“Good place to stay”
My family and I had a good experience, confortable room and friendly staff, easy check out. we will go back.
“Friendly suite hotel in Baton Rouge”
The best thing about this hotel was the reception staff! They were welcoming, knowledgable and fun. They were able to give us info about local restaurants, within walking distance. The hotel itself was very well maintained, our room had a fully fitted kitchen and was very comfortable. Breakfast was available in the morning, it was called a "grab and go" meal. A selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt as well as bottles of orange juice.
“Good value”
We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in early. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite at no extra charge. The room was comfortable, however, I did notice a layer of dust on the clock radio when I went to set the alarm. When we returned to the room on the second day of our stay the beds were made but nothing else seemed to have been done. There was still garbage in the garbage cans, dishes in the sink and hair in the bathtub. The hotel is walking distance to the Mall of Louisiana and the neighbourhood felt very safe for two women with no vehicle. We did however have difficulty finding a place that serves breakfast within close proximity to the hotel. Overall, quite comfortable and good value.
“very nice”
room was clean and comfortable, good service.
“Loved the layout of the room!”
I loved the granite in the bathroom! The swivel TV from the couch to the bed was really handy, and I loved having a kitchen in my room- especially for the low price! The mattresses on the pull out couch could be better, but overall- very nice stay.
