Wi-Fi is excellent. Zumba class is great. Massive Gym - 3 Storey. Unfortunately, 2 gyms equip down. No repair done. Breakfast for this hotel is more like 3rd class, not worth it.

Very pleasant staff. Cues for the pool table unusable. Great singer at the 9th-floor bar. Good experience all round

1. The room toilet area is not well cleaned. 2. While I was talking to the front office staff over the phone she disconnected the line halfway. 3. I booked two rooms, but I didn’t get my correct room on the first day, I stayed in a small room. Only on the second day they gave me bigger room. 4. The front office manager Mr. Tony was very helpful.

It’s worth your money, near to Malls conveniently
Wanderful, the room for 3 person is really spacious and my Son get to sleep comfortably. Usually he will have to use the extra roll bed which is uncomfortable.

this was my second time stay this hotel and yet it seem to be so dissapointed with the room that we stay. Nice hotel
It is close to megamall. About 5 minutes drive. You can use Uber or Grabcar though need to be careful with conventional taxi driver. We booked the triple room. A king size bed and a single bed that can actually fit one adult and one child of 4 years old. It was really nice for us. Our kids loved the pool. It was relatively quite for us. The breakfast needs to be improved: Fruits were not fresh, need more variety such as yogurt or self make pancake machine or waffle. No maple syrup for the pancake. But overall were pleasing to us.

Very disappointed Air condition not cold. Request 2 door card only can provide one. Breakfast dinning full of house fly. How to eat ? Wifi always cut off. At the TOP floor wine bar cashier do not have small note to change and had to wait. Finally theat it as tip to waiter Not recommended

Very satisfied.
My stay in the hotel was quite a good experience. The staff was very helpfull and courteous. The hotel texi services was very good and the driver are very friendly as my stay with my family was a free and easy for 4 days and 3 nights. We went out shopping as per the hotel staff recommendations, we went for bowling, movie, karaoke, go-kart and shopping.

Basically i would say on a holistic view it's generally fine.However the venue is just kinda of far from popular shopping centres such as in Nagoya etc; which i favour but on an overall feedback im overwhelmed by the staff approach,friendliness,customer service and they're helpful on a prompt basis to offer assistance to my request.The only setback was that the hotel is located in a mild remote venue and In addition to that,i would say,it was a nice and pleasant stay though.
