"Everything was so organized and very clean. Loved the information packet that listed local places to eat and visit."

"The major reason that I am giving this hotel a very high rating is due to its customer service. The first night of our stay there was construction going on on a dining room just under our room. The crew worked into the evening, past 8:00 and we could hear the noise. In the morning a staff member asked how our night was, we mentioned the noise. They apologized and stated that was not supposed to happen, said they would make sure it didn't happen again, and immediately moved us to another room away from the construction site. It was a much better room but we were not charge any difference in price. We stayed in this room for the rest of our stay. I appreciate the response from management. The facilities themselves are very nice, with additional factors, such as large sitting rooms that made our stay very enjoyable."

"This was the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking. Great kitchen, front porch and back yard, nice views and hot tub under the stars. Very clean. Great trails just down the road. Thank you!"

"This cabin was perfect for a spring retreat on my own. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedroom and living room were comfortable. The cabin sits on a beautiful hillside under tall pines, and was quiet and peaceful. I spent the weekend hiking in SNP, cooking, and relaxing at the cabin."

"The house was perfect for our weekend with family. There was so much natural light and the fireplace, with firewood provided, was really nice. We enjoyed Shenandoah Caverns, a hike around Laura Lake, and the Rt. 11 Chip Factory."

"The room was clean and cheerful. The manager was friendly and helpful. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but no hairdryer or coffee in the room. There is coffee in the morning in the office. For the price, it was a very good deal. "
