They didn't have blankets when we needed them. Our cards didn't work. They told me prior to arrival I could ask for a cot but when I got there they said they didn't have any-at all-ever. The rooms above us were incredibly loud. Breakfast was cold and food had run out by 8:30am.

My second night when I returned to the hotel around midnight, there was what appeared to be a homeless guy passed out on the couch in the lobby. The third night there was the same or a different homeless man smoking a cigarette hanging out under the canopy by the main entrance. It was not a safe feeling and I inevitably removed my expensive belongings from my rental car due to these 2 incidents. The parking lot is impossible to find, having to navigate through the McDonald’s parking lot to get to it. The breakfast was decent at best with the orange juice being out of service all week just leaving apple juice. Who other than 2 year olds drinks apple juice. The hallway was loud till after midnight with kids and adults yappin away and slamming doors.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to us checking in, someone's wet and dirty towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair was all over the floor and shower wall, and our shower/tub did not have a shower curtain. While the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very nice, I requested management to contact me to discuss the issues and they never did. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will never stay here again.
