“bonne situation centrale, on peut s'y rendre à pied depuis la gare”
niveau mercure standart c'est à dire très correct. Le prix expedia représente un bonus considérable par rapport au prix affiché
“HOTEL TRES BIEN”
Très bien mais difficile à trouver. De plus les tarifs pour le garage et le petit dejeuner sont très élevés.

Personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique. La réceptionniste nous a conseillé à plusieurs reprises des restaurants vraiment super. ça c'est du service!
“Excellent hôtel proche Place Kleber dans le centre de Strasbourg”
Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Strasbourg. Excellent accueil, nombreux renseignements donnés à notre arrivée. Chambre très confortable, décoration moderne réussie. Parking possible en sous-sol. Petit déjeuner varié. Journaux (Figaro, DNA) à disposition. Une très bonne adresse à recommander.

Je recommanderai fortement cet hotel car comme je l'ai mentionné sur le niveau de satisfaction tout était parfait
“A good bargain at a good location”
Clean, neat, modern, and a good location. The staff is very helpful and everyone, it seems, speaks English. I didn't need to use my bad French. The breakfast is pricey, but if you're hungry it's a bargain. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it.

“OK but not great”
How this hotel got 3 stars is a mistery to me. The rooms are clean but the overall impression is that of a reconverted prison. View non-existing, services over-charged (7.50 euros for 1h internet access, 15 euros for putting the car in the hotel car park - reason given "we, ourselves, are renting this space"). The hotel has no character to speak off an no special feature that deserves, to my mind the number of stars it has. In short, OK but not great.
“Not impressed”
We stayed for two nights. The first was in an older room that we requested to chaNge but were told there were no newer rooms available. The older room was not at all comfortable. The bathroom tap was broken and the furniture and decorations very old. We were moved the next night to a newly renovated room which was nice however our short 4 dat trip to Europe, for which Strasbourg was the highlight was a huge disappoinment and the hotal was the low of the trip.
“Ok hotel room, Bad service”
The room was ok, modern furnishings, comfortable enough. But it was definitely overpriced for the quality. What made things bad was the poor attitude of the front desk staff and duty manager. Customer doesn't come first for them.
