Les chambres qui donnent sur le périphérique, à quelques centaines de mètres sont un peu plus bruyantes. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est excellent : bonne localisation, quartier calme, personnel disponible, connexion Internet gratuite...

Bonne prise en compte de la part de l'accueil, très sympathique. De bons conseils pour découvriri strasbourg soit pa rle tramway ou par les pistes longeant le canal. Fournissent des plans pour la topo, et peuvent vous renseigner à quelques minutes d'un mariage. Super accueil. Seule point négatif, la façade de l'hotel en cours de rénovation.

Personnel eager to help in some 3-4 languages. All are professionnaly formed. Politeness is always a must with them. Makes you dream of some improvement here in america!

Hotel en retrait du centre ville,transports faciles et courants,mais cela peut se faire à pied également. Pour le prix,je trouve cela très bien,calme,propreté.Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner.Télé neuve,chambre moderne.

“For the Price, cannot complain”

For what I paid, it was exactly what I wanted and expected from a hotel. Clean, modern, functional rooms with complimentary tea and coffee via your own kettle. The room was cleaned daily and everything was how it should be. Never used the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, as I preferred to eat in the city itself. The neighborhood is a little shabby, but the hotel's location, a few minutes walk from the tram line means that it is quick and convenient to get into the centre of Strasbourg, which is the hotel's main selling point.

“Nice quiet hotel in Strasbourg”

Extremely friendly staff that was able to communicate in any languages you wanted to - English, French, German, ... On arrival we were given a map of the city and were explained the main attractions of the city, and how to get there by foot, public transport, car, etc. Excellent service. Really nice. I would only criticise 3 things about this hotel: 1. When we were there it was extremely hot (35C+) and the rooms were boiling, and no air con available. I understand these were extreme circumstances and if you travel at other times during the year you'll be fine - the rooms do have heating 2. As other reviewers have indicated, the rooms are very small. That's fine because we only slept there, but a bit more room would make it more comfortable. Otherwise rooms are very clean and modern. 3. The breakfast was a bit expensive. Given that the hotel is in a remote location and it is not easy to get to a cafe or similar to have breakfast you don't have much choice but to have breakfast there. It was nice, but we found the price of 9 euros excessive.

“bien situé, excellent accuei”

hotel très bien situé dans un quartier calme, accessible à pied au centre touristique en passant par des pistes cyclables, possibilité de louer des vélos. Le jardin de l'hôtel est bien sympa. L'accueil est excellent et très convivial, des conseils pour organiser une visite. Les chambres correspondent à la catégorie, la salle de bain est un peu exiguë, le petit déjeuner est diversifié et la restauration de qualité.

“Good value basic hotel in quiet location”

The hotel is outside the main city centre, there is a tram stop 5 mins walk away and from there it is a few minutes to the centre. Tram tickets are cheap (a 24 hour pass for 3 people is great value) and the service frequent. Alternatively you can walk alongside the river and get to the edge of the "petite france" area in 20 mins The hotel rooms are small but contain all the basics. They are clean and the bed confortable. There is free wi-fi internet. Breakfast was extra and there was the usual buffet selection, (champagne was included on the Sunday).

Modern 'value for money' Hotel, with very friendly and helpful Receptionist. Short walk to the Tram which is a very easy and cheap way of getting into the centre of Strasbourg.
