“good stay”

We had a great stay! The hotel is within walking distance to the landmarks and great shopping areas. For anything further away, the city has a good tram system. Parking in front of the hotel is limited and you have to pay a meter before 7pm, but the hotel has a discounted rate in parking garage Wodli, which is a very quick walk. The discounted rate is only 7€ for 24 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and recommended some local places to eat. They have flags on their name badges indicating what languages they speak.

“Quality in a Convenient Location”

Convenient! Brilliant location next to the station and very close to La petite France and the inner city. Great service! Free wifi. We were also upgraded to a very nice room so this contributed to an overall very good experience.

“Outstanding Value”

This is an amazing hotel that is rated three stars which is hard to imagine as it seems far more like a four plus star property. This hotel is extremely well managed and having travelled to many countries over the years I have to say that this is one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I have ever had in a hotel. I truly felt like an honoured guest. Every whim was catered to and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job - this is rare indeed! The room was immaculate, well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable in every respect. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. An extensive and varied menu of items that were continuely replenished and the Hotel Manager was seen quite frequently checking in on the dining room and the supplies of the buffet.

“Lovely rooms and awesome breakfast!”

Though we got somewhat tiny room, our stay was excellent. Liked interrior design, furniture and breakfast. Breakfast was awesome, that's reason why canteen was a bit crowded :). Location is not central-central (very close to main island, but not *on* island), though very convenient for those arriving/departing by train.
