Hôtel perdu dans une zone industrielle désaffectée, bien que pas très loin de la ville, ce qui présente l'avantage d'être très au calme. Bon accueil. Par contre, la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer : notre chambre sentait le tabac froid, heureusement nous avons pu en changer, et la deuxième avait sa moquette tâchée. Restes de nourritures du client précédent sur le bord de la fenêtre. Salle de bain correcte.

“Couldn't wait to get away”

Even with Sat Nav could not find hotel. After searching for ages saw a sign pointing down a lane and off the beaten track. Hotel very unappealing and opposite a yard patrolled by a dog. Had to ring bell to get in to find restaurant closed and in complete darkness making the foyer dark too. The clerk gave us the TV remote control to take to our room where we found the TV padlocked to the wall! Although clean a very basic room with table, chair, mirror on back of door 10ft away from hairdryer plug, curtains with insufficient clips, a toilet seat that would not stay put and a sink that filled up, even when brushing your teeth. Only nearby restaurant empty so had to drive into town. There restaurants were pretty empty too so a carry out pizza was our meal! Dog barked during the night which made my husband worried about our car and holiday belongings but did not want to investigate incase he could not get back in hotel. Daylight showed the yard as a dump (not a pretty site from the window), workmen in opposite room working noisily, corridor floor covered in a protective sheet because of them so why were we put there? Not happy with the price paid for no restaurant facilities a nd couldn't wait to get away. Would not recommend it and would never go there again. Lingolsheim a nice town and very clean.

“check whats outside the window before you accept the room!!!”

whilst on the whole this hotel was as you'd expect for the price, but on arrival we had to ask again for a twin room and although i could see the key board on the wall behind the reception desk was over half full , we were given a room thats only window opened not only onto the back of the kitchen but the bin area too. It was over 30 degrees so given there is no air con(not that i expected it) an open window was a must, until half five when the kitchen fired up. we arrived after 10 pm so can't imagine the all the other rooms were taken. also we paid for breakfast with the night porter but no note was made of this and it was only the the fact the day staff trusted us that we did not have to pay again. Aside from this, the hotel was secure, clean and the day staff welcoming and helpfull.

“hotel glauque”

je ne suis apparemment pas la première à donner un avis négatif puisque les restaurants du coin ont déjà eu des clients qui se plaignaient. Si ma chambre n'avait pas été payée par avance, j'aurais fait demi-tour ! La TV ne marche pas car la ligne ne supporte pas autant de télés ds les chambres ! Les lampes ne fonctionnent pas dans les chambres. l'accès internet ne fonctionne pas. j'ai trouvé un lit de camp en ferraille dans ma chambre. Les prises de terre sont à moitié arrachées. Dois-je continuer ??? Pas de restaurant, il faut monter une route sur environ 200 mètres : pas pratique pour les personnes agées ou handicapées.

“état général de l hotel”

l état général de l hotel reste à désirer , murs sales, trous dans les murs non rebouchés, radiateur ne fonctionne pas , pas de rideau de douche , isolation médiocre , pas de protège matelas . nous avons éte déçu par l'état de cet hotel qui demande une bonne rénovation .

Hôtel sale et très mal entretenu. Accueil satisfaisant.
