“WOULD STAY HERE ANYTIME WE COME BACK TO BARRIE!!!”

This is a very nice, clean and for us, a quiet Hotel. The rooms were well equipted with iron and board, hair dryers, coffee maker, with reg or Decaf coffee on request, and a small frig, and of course, TV, cable, WIFI in room with wireless laptops, all free with room. VERY NCE heater due to our stay in January and you can set it as high or low as you want. Nice dark curtains for late sleepers who dont like the sun to wake them, lol Just as shown in the pictures on Expedia, with couch, nice desk and chair for work. Free local calls from room too. The staff are very nice and helped out with all our needs. Very clean, quiet and all bottom floor rooms which is nice for wheel chair or handicapped persons like us. All types of food close by and for delivery. Nice little hotel bistro with seating and a nice chef. I would recommend this as high as any I have stayed in, especially for the price. PETs allowed. We really liked this Hotel and its staff!! 'Would stay here again when/if we come this way again.

Very close to everything in Barrie. Easy to find. Pool and hot tub. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

The hotel is way better looking than it is in the pictures, it had a bit of an old fashion, rustic feel, with some modern editions. The staff was nice and polite. Only disadvantages are that the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors taking a shower, coughing, etc. The pool was nice and the restaurant was really good too. The room is decent in terms of cleanliness however, there are all kinds of human fluid stains all over the room, from the TV stand to the bed skirts. Overall I would recommend this hotel to a person if all the other hotels were booked (which is what happened to me) and had nowhere else to go.

Dollar store towels, extra charge for having a child in our room, asked to leave a cash deposit at check-in. I almost asked if they rented by the hour.

“Ski weekend”

The hotel is ok. I got a cheap deal for two nights acommodation. I was only one hour drive from Blue Mountains and avoid paying overrated acommodation there. I would recommend it only if you want to go skiing and have low budget. It is not very pleasent to spend your time inside the room or the hall area.

“Very noisy hotel!”

This hotel was unfortunately one of the worst on the many we visit during our holiday in Canada. The hotel was quite full due to the long weekend. It meant that we didn't sleep for 2 nights! What an incredible noise during the whole evening and night untill '5 in the morning! It is unbelieveable that it continued the whole night. The bathtub is incredible dangerous due to the fact that it is slippery. I am still suffering from the fall I made. In general the hotelroom is "worn out".
